Great Home

Very clean, nice little house / cabin. Owner was very communicative. Had all the things you needed to be able to cook a little and explore a little. Will stay here again

Mountain Get Away

Location was perfect. Close to State Forrest State Park, hiking trails, and 4wheel drive roads. Cabin was clean, spacious, and well suited for our stay. This cabin was well worth the stay!

Awesome get away!

Very nice, clean and comfortable! The owner/ host is awesome. Had all the comforts of home in a beautiful mountain setting. Can’t wait to go back!

Mountain wedding adventure

Attended a wedding just down the road from this cute cabin nestled in woods. Listing and pictures were great, cabin was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Very easy to find and accessible. Internet/wifi was super convenient as cell coverage in the area was a little spotty, nice to be disconnected while out and about and still be able to check-in on the rest of the world when back in the cabin. Would highly recommend and will try for this venue again if I find myself in this neck of the woods in the future.

Annual trip to the canyon

The cabin/house was just lovely! Plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. I had a few questions for the host upon arrival which were promptly answered.

Rustic Colorado cabin

Overall the cabin was very nice and clean. The water pressure was an issue especially showing. The shower with the tub only worked if everything else was turned off. The was the only real complaint. We loved the location and we found many fun things to do within driving distance of the cabin. Thanks, Scott and Amy Vogt

Anniversary Staycation

Nice little cabin in a nice little neighborhood. A great place to homebase as we explored the area and went paddle boarding on Lake Dowdy. Had a fantastic time!!

Great quiet stay

Really nice little cabin in a small neighborhood. We had some nice walks around the block, and a great drive up to Colorado State Forest. The host is very quick in responding to questions. Looking forward to going back!

Rest and relaxation

I was here with three friends from St. Louis, two of whom had never been to Colorado. We loved the house and they marveled at the view from the deck. It was a good home base for our wandering through the canyon. Shower floor was a little slick, but everything else was really nice.

Cabin in the Poudre Canyon

A very nice stay in a comfortable cabin along the Poudre River. Everything we needed was provided. We would love to rent Stacie Jo’s cabin again in the future.

A wonderful get-a-way…

My husband and I wanted to get out of Denver and spend a couple of relaxing days in the mountains. We were so pleased with the warmth, comfort and layout of the cabin/home. The attention to details was impressive including the “amber” soft lighting (however, bright were it need to be), living room and porch furniture, equipped kitchen and so much more. Couldn’t of asked more for a quiet, relaxing get-a-way.

Great Stay!

Everything was just as advertised, clean, comfy, and beautiful! Stacie Jo was very communicative. Another member of our party needed to check in as I was going to be late to the reservation and she was able to send me instructions so we experienced no issues whatsoever.

Almost to nice

Place was better than I was expecting. This was not a bad thing. Looking for an outing for a father and son get away. Wanted to rough it a little but the place was accommodated very well and my son really appreciated that. The location was great and only had to travel a little to get to the lakes near by, to fish, hike, and do a little mountain climbing. Also the local restaurant was great after putting a full day in at the lake. Thank you, Stacie Jo for providing such a beautiful clean place to relax and get away from it all.

Relaxing

Beautiful cabin very well-maintained. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the sound of the river in the background was great. Thank you for your hospitality. Time with grandkids

Wonderful! The kids Netflix made after dinner movies and popcorn a great time. Many games of Uno and Sorry were so fun during the rainy days. Super cozy and comfy cabin. We will be back before school starts!!

Overall nice place

We looked forward to staying again! Wish the gate on front porch opened the opposite direction, can make bringing large items in the house challenging. There was a silver sauce cooking pan with water on porch when we got there, didn’t know if it belonged in kitchen or was there for a reason? So we left it. Kitchen sink drain/garbage disposal was slimy and needs attention. Silverware drawer has a lot of crumbs, so do the drawers. Coffee pot needs cleaning. First bathroom down the hall on right had pink rings in sink & tub around drain. Bathtub had dead skin ring in the tub. Walls need wiped down. Night stand in the bedroom at end of hall on the right had lots of dust & hair bunnies( didn’t know if someone was coming or going)😉 Overall the cabin was comfortable, just needs some attention! I wasn’t at cabin as much as other two guest. I did get to see 4 mountain goats climbing the rocks on the hill across the street for a good fifteen minutes. Baby bunnies playing next door in the bushes. Thank you!
