Unwind in paradise at Sea Shell Condominiums. Our beachfront vacation rentals sit directly on the renowned Crescent Beach in Siesta Key, Florida. With its soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, this beach is ideal for swimming, biking, jogging, or just soaking up the sun.
This centrally-located condo eliminates the need for a car. Just across the street from the south village , you'll find various restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, bars offering live music, grocery and drug stores.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM : King size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, two night stands and walk in closet. New TV. Updated Bathrooms.

GUEST BEDROOM & BATHROOM : 2 Queen size beds , ceiling fan, dresser, night stand and walk in closet. New TV. Bathroom with bathtub with shower head

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: appliances, Keurig & Regular drip coffee maker, dinnerware, flatware set, pots and pans.

BABY ITEMS: portable baby seat, pack and play, sheets and sand toys

BEACH items: beach umbrella and towels, cooler and plastic plates and cups

PARKING: 1 spot . if you need a second spot there is a public parking next to the building ( exit 12) or you can obtain 2nd car pass in the management office for additional fee.

KEYS: there is no need to carry key around, we have a digital lock.

SUPPLIES: We provide initial supplies:
soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet and kitchen paper towels, sponges. Linens and towels are provided.

NEED 2nd UNIT ? If you travel with friends and family , no problem. Please let us know and can connect you with the owner of the 2nd unit which is located on the upper or the same floor.

RULES: MUST BE 25 YO TO BOOK. No smoking or vaping. no pets.
Insurance is highly recommended.

Move in / Move out day is Saturday. If you would like to stay for less than 7 nights, please check with us .

Fantastic stay

Absolutely loved my stay again. I like to travel alone. The location is amazing, just a few steps from the beach, which made it super convenient to pop over any time of day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook , which was a huge plus. The host is fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions . will definitely be back again!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend it enough! The apartment was perfect—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable, with the beach right behind the building, chairs and umbrellas provided. Plus, there were great restaurants just a short walk away across the street. The host was fantastic—extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or requests we had. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would definitely return. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with all the amenities and conveniences, this is the perfect spot!

Clean and great location

The entire stay was great and we enjoyed our time on Siesta Key. The owners were super responsive and made the check in/out super easy!! Loved that the condo was very clean and you're only steps from the beach.

Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed being back at Seashell condos! Condo 404 is very nice and Alex and Zoya were very quick to respond to questions! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Great Location

Perfect for us. It was a great location. Roomy and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The bathrooms are a little cramped, but the rest was just perfect.

April in Siesta Key

We enjoyed are 3 week stay. The unit was perfectly located, a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed was close by. We will be back in Siesta Key next year!

Lovely condo great location beautiful beach

Sea Shell is a well situated condo in Siesta Key. Unit 404 is nicely located and much of it appears to be recently updated. Nicely furnished and equipped.

We enjoyed the condo. It was on the beach and close to night life. Kitchen had everything we needed for the nights we chose not to eat out. Very responsive owners.

Beautiful Condo and Beach was amazing.

We found the condo to be clean and in a great location. All in working order and to our standards. Only complaint we had was that the King bed was harder than we prefer, but that is just a personal opinion. This would not stop us from staying here again!

Great getaway

Have been staying at sea shell for over 6 years. Try to venture into a new apartment every year. Staying this year in Apt 404 was a delight. Alex and Zoya were great in answering questions. Apartment was just as pictured in VRBO. Would definitely go back to this apartment.

Nice location, nice hosts, could use some updates

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Condominiums. It was our first time to Siesta Key. We thought the location was great-nice beach, easy access to restaurants and shopping. We had friends staying in other units that had been more recently updated, but our condo was clean and communication with the owners was great. It was nice that umbrellas for the beach and beach towels were provided...however we had 5 people staying and only 4 beach towels were provided for the week. Overall, a nice stay!

Great spot in SK!

We had such a great time at the beach and the pool! Both are very easy to walk on and I use a crutch to get around. It was easy to walk to the Crescent Market, Meaney’s Donuts and Captain Curt’s. The condo was very clean and well stocked. I had a couple questions for the owners and they answered very quickly and even called me. Zoya was very sweet. My only complaint is about the beds. They are way too firm and could use mattress pads. Other than that, we loved it!
