Location, Location, Location! After crossing the drawbridge over the Intracoastal Waterway, you will reach Midnight Pass Road. The Sea Shell Condo is beachfront, on your right just after turning left onto Midnight Pass Rd. Unless you choose to explore more of Sarasota and the surrounding area, you literally never have to leave the Key. Check in at the Sea Shell office when you arrive and they will give you your parking permit and help you with everything you need for your stay with us.

Staying on Siesta Key Beach is a slice of heaven. Crystal-clear waters and the softest sands you've ever felt just are just outside of your door. Beach chairs, beach towels, and lounge chairs are free to use for Sea Shell condo guests. If you want to have your chairs, umbrellas, or canopies set up and waiting for you that service is available for a minimal fee. Maybe you want to take a dip in the large heated pool and work on your tan poolside- the choice is yours. Restrooms are located near the pool for your added convenience.

Our condo is all about laid-back luxury. Think cozy furnishings, coastal decor, fully equipped kitchen, and all the creature comforts you need for a stress-free stay. Large, flat screen TVs are provided, with free HBO and free Wi-Fl. Luggage and shopping carts are provided so you can easily transport your belongings when you arrive. Both stairs and elevators provide access to each floor. A coin operated laundry facility is located near the elevators on each floor.

Register in the office to fire up the grill for a beachfront BBQ in the new tiki hut or grab a drink on your private balcony and soak in those epic Gulf of Mexico sunsets. Instagram-worthy views? You bet!
When you're not busy lounging on the beach or relaxing in your condo, there's plenty to explore on Siesta Key. From jewelry to gift shops and beach bars to water sports and sunset cruises, boredom is not an option here! Don't miss the drum circle at the public beach every Sunday near sunset. The famous Captain Curt's is directly across the street known for its award winning clam chowder, fresh seafood, and evenings with karaoke in back. Continue the vacation vibe with live music, food and beverages at the Sneaky Tiki. Want to prepare your own culinary delights? A grocery store is conveniently located across the street.

Getting around the Key is free and easy:
Once your car is parked in it's designated spot, you don't have to drive! Seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or midnight on the weekends, the Trolley is free for all riders. The open air trolley takes you from the condo to Siesta Key Village or Turtle Beach with stops along the way. Stand at a marked spot & you’ll be picked up! Ring the bell when you want off. Enjoy the breeze from open air sides. It's nice to have a designated driver from an evening in the Village. Also nice not having to pay for parking in the Village or hunting for a parking spot.
