Welcome to Surf Crest Village 23, a charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath ground floor cottage just steps from the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach and ocean. Perfect for families, friends, or couples looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed with hallway-access full bath.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with private half bath in-suite.
Entertainment: Both bedrooms equipped with TVs for your enjoyment.

Living & Kitchen:
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes full-size coffee pot and Keurig for morning beverages.
Beach Gear: Beach towels and chairs provided for guest use.
Dining & Living: Open and comfortable layout, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Outdoor & Parking:
Private Parking: Two on-site spaces plus two visitor spaces across the drive.

Loved our stay at this cottage in St. Augustine Beach! It is right on the beach, although you do not see the actual ocean because of large dunes, but we loved sitting on the large back patio and listening to the waves crash. The beach itself was easy to access and was wide and beautiful. The house was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. Very convenient to historic downtown St. Augustine, and also walking distance to several good restaurants and a miniature golf. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great experience at this cottage. Everything was as advertised. The neighbors were friendly. The porch was great for watching the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. If you value quiet and privacy, as well as a super short walk to the beach, this cottage is perfect!

It was a pleasant stay: we even rented an xtra night

We enjoyed the beachside location of this rental and the location of the community is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The beach area was super clean and spacious enough to prevent crowding

Girls Trip

Great location on the beach

The best thing about this property is the location. It is a short walk to a long and beautiful beach. It is also a short drive into St Augustine. The home is clean and comfortable, and met all of our needs during a 4-night stay.
