This recently renovated property has just been added to VRBO. Upgrades include new kitchen countertops, cabinets, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, bathroom vanities, furniture, and full-size washer/dryer in unit.
Located in the beach front Ocean & Racquet Resort, this unit has an ocean view and is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. This roomy condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 guests. Family room and primary bedroom have flat screen TVs. This unit has enchanting views from the balcony of the world-famous St. Augustine Beach with chairs provided so you can relax with your morning coffee and evening beverage. A convenient elevator offers easy access to this second-floor property, situated in close proximity to the wooden boardwalk to the beach.
Ocean & Racquet property is located within walking distance to many of St. Augustine Beach's restaurants, shops, putt-putt golf, and grocery stores.
Minutes away from historic downtown St. Augustine. Local attractions include Castillo De San Marcos, Lightner Museum, the San Sebastian Winery, Golf World, the Alligator Farm, world famous St. George Street, Fountain of Youth, 3D World, and the Oldest School House.

We have stayed in several condos, and this is the best one yet. It was exactly as described. It was nice, clean, well stocked, and the owners gave great communication. The grounds were beautiful, and right on the beach. The location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This 2 br, 2 full bath condo was extremely clean and had every thing you may need from beach chairs and towels to wine glasses. The beds were very comfortable and the large tv in the living room was a plus. The condo complex is quiet and offers a short walk to St. Augustine Beach. There are many restaurants on the main road too. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice touches like boxes of facial tissues, welcoming snacks, starter coffee K cups, beach towels, and beach chairs that carry like a backpack.The Keurig does have a drip coffee option too!The elevator was very convenient for move in/move out days.Comfy beds and nice balcony with view of the water. Friendly and quiet and well- maintained property. Fantastic stay.

We had a great experience renting this condo. Rob was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was a wonderful stay! Rob is super helpful, responsive and accommodating! This place has everything you need and so so so nice to start with a few essentials that they share what they have! We have stayed in a lot of beach rentals in Florida and this by far is at the top of list. Only downfall is no close grills but very minor and there is a charcoal grill on the property!2 pools and 5 hot tubs nearby and beautiful ocean!

We had a great time relaxing here, whether we were inside or out. Inside is clean and bright and comfortable. The balcony has a view of trees and the dunes and the beach itself, and the beach access is right by the building. There are lots of good seafood places withinten minutes' drive along the main street, ditto for ice cream shops.

The condo is lovely. The closeness to the beach was greatly enjoyed. The hosts did many things above and beyond expectations, like the well-supplied kitchen and welcome bag. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife andi really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location by the beach and near plenty of bars and restaurants. The condo itself was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed for our weel long stay. Highly recommended.

The “ocean View” is a bit of a stretch. We thought the condo faced the beach by its description, it does not. It faces the parking lot and other buildings. You can see a very small part of the ocean from one side of the balcony. The condo was nice and clean and the building was close to the beach with beach access. We did not use the pool or hot tubs. We would stay here again.

Ocean & Racquet has these classifications, for their condos, to help guests decide their preference. The pictures in the property description are also an aid in seeing the view from the unit, before making your selection.
