I've lost count at how many times I've rented from Rachel. She is an amazing host and will be my forever go to person! The room has everything we needed. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Everything is near by. I can't wait to be back at my home away from home.

Post work relaxation!!

Took a couple of days after working in Sandestin to for a week to recover. Condo is lovely with a great view and oversized balcony. Beach chairs are a plus, but beware of folks without beach service putting up canopy and shade anywhere they like. Fantastic pizza is either a short walk or short drive away (Bella Napoli, Bricks and Barley). Would definitely recommend!

Very clean condo with great view

The condo was Very clean and we really enjoyed the views from the balcony. The gated parking was a nice perk we hadn't seen on other condos as well.

Great Stay

Great location! Very clean! Easy to check in and out. Property is safe and gated. The king bed is extremely comfortable. Owners are very welcoming and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and great hospitality

The condo, was clean and everything was just like what was mention. The bed was very comfortable which isn't the case in most condos! The views were spectacular from the best baloney that i think I have been on looking over the Gulf. And the host Rachel was fantastic. Very responsive to the few questions that I had! Again, something you don't get from in most rentals.Highly recommend this location and condo! We will be returning!

The BEST

We love this condo. The view, the ease of checking in and out, the location, and everything was perfect. The host is great. Oh and the bed!!!! I need to know what brand because it was soooo comfortable. You can't go wrong with 1603 Twin Palms!!!

We live right outside Nashville, TN. We have been going to Panama City Beach for many years and love the area. Our family cannot visit the beach enough. We like that Twin Palms is a single building site with the parking garage under the building so you don't have to walk across the street from a parking garage to the unit. It is not as crowded as a condo with multiple buildings on site. We take the elevator to the garage and walk right out onto the beach. Twin Palms has one of the larger balconies and love the privacy since we hang out there most of the time.
