Great condo on the beach. Host was easy to communicate with. It was a bonus that they included beach chair and umbrella rental for every day of our stay.

Room was exactly as expected. Fabulous view from large balcony. Comfortable chairs and perfect bed, great shower pressure, free beach chairs and umbrella a wonderful bonus. Publix 2 miles away. Everyone on property friendly and polite. Great restaurants within a few miles: Firefly (reservations a must), Schooners (go early), Sunrise for breakfast across the street. Rachel the host was readily available and reachable, and has great taste in furnishings (bonus). Perfect experience all around.

I've lost count at how many times I've rented from Rachel. She is an amazing host and will be my forever go to person! The room has everything we needed. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Everything is near by. I can't wait to be back at my home away from home.

Great Stay

Great location! Very clean! Easy to check in and out. Property is safe and gated. The king bed is extremely comfortable. Owners are very welcoming and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay.

We live right outside Nashville, TN. We have been going to Panama City Beach for many years and love the area. Our family cannot visit the beach enough. We like that Twin Palms is a single building site with the parking garage under the building so you don't have to walk across the street from a parking garage to the unit. It is not as crowded as a condo with multiple buildings on site. We take the elevator to the garage and walk right out onto the beach. Twin Palms has one of the larger balconies and love the privacy since we hang out there most of the time.
