Clean and comfortable 1B/1B condo in the gated community of Pointe Royale. This is your home away from home which sleeps 4 comfortably with a king size bed and queen sized pull out couch. Overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course and includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, Cable TV and Wifi.

You will love the location of this property which is close to the outdoor pool, kids pool, hot tub, heated indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball, clubhouse with restaurant and fitness center. Along with golf, the Pointe Royale complex also has a children's playground, BBQ grills, picnic area and access to trout fishing along Lake Taneycomo.

Point Royal is centrally located to many different attractions -- approximately a 5 minute drive (from Pointe Royale) to the sights and sounds of the 76 strip or Moonshine Beach along table rock lake, 15 minute drive to Silver Dollar City or 5 minute walk to fishing on Lake Taneycomo.

Clean, comfortable, and great location

This property was conveniently located between Branson proper and Table Rock Lake. It had fantastic amenities including a clubhouse for an easy pizza dinner, pool, golf, pickleball, and lake access. Lots for families to do. Unfortunately, the unit above had children stomping around until 1:00 in the morning. Can’t be helped and not the property owner’s fault. Just something to consider when you stay at a family-friendly establishment. Overall, great place and I’d stay here again.

Property was exactly as described. The condo was stocked and had everything we needed for our extended weekend stay. Perfect location secluded area, yet close to attractions. Being so close to the pool is an added bonus. Communication was top notch! We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable

The property was exactly what I was looking for! It was easy to find. It was clean. The furniture was comfortable. We could hear the children playing at the pool, but once the pool closed for the night, it was exceptionally quiet. I would stay there again.

Perfect & close to the pool

This condo had excellent views and was right next to the pools. It was the perfect spot for our family and the owner had some great advice on attractions. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Branson.

Charming Condo in the Heart of Branson

We had a wonderful stay here with ample space and comfort. The amenities were close by and the community was cozy. We also had great communication with the owners. My only real stress point was with the listing saying checkout was at 11 AM and the owners saying 10 AM in the welcome message. We werent prepared for this and ended up leaving in between 10 and 11. If you are looking for a great and affordable place to stay, look no further! You will be grateful for the close access to the community amenities. A few notes for the owners: 1. It would be nice to have some laundry soap and dryer sheets around, even just the cheap kind. 2. More than two rolls of toilet paper would be helpful for large families with lengthier stays. 3. I know this is an odd tip, but I would highly recommend a new bed frame for the bedroom. My husband and I stubbed our toes incredibly hard multiple times and I even broke mine the last time (first broken bone ever). Our child even stubbed her toe! Something about the way that thing is shaped caused us some problems. Maybe we are just accident prone? Lol. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Absolutely loved this place! Clean comfortable, well maintained. There was everything we needed. Privacy was excellent! I would definitely recommend this property for a weekend or a week! Lower Level Condo

It is located on the lower level so if your handicapped you may have trouble carrying your things down two flights of stairs. The neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy at night. Overall we had a great stay considering the stairs and the upstairs neighbors. I would recommend this area to stay in the people seamed generally pleasant and the food at the Bar and grill was tastefull and affordable.

Love the Condo!

The condo and the location were perfect for our needs. We had a couple of questions upon arrival and the owners were quick to take of all of our issues. My husband and I agree that we would definitely stay here again on our trips to Branson.

Great place, but make sure to bring socks.

It was a great place for myself and my two kids. The only issue was had was that the floor desperately needed to be mopped/cleaned. Luckily we had socks with us, and we had to wear a new pair each morning and evening because they got so dirty from walking on the wood floors. There was no mop to be found otherwise I would have mopped it myself. Also bedroom needs better blackout curtains to keep the lights from coming through the window at night. We just found an extra sheet and hung it up to block out the outside stairs lights and the neighbors porch light. Overall, it was a great location next to the bigger pool and basketball/tennis courts.

Comfortable place to stay, fun getaway with the kids or just couples. Overlooks the 18th Fairway off the back patio which offers a nice view and lots of green space for kids to play. Also located right next to the indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and clubhouse (restaurant and pro shop). Easily enjoy all the amenities this lovely community has to offer! If you're interested in the playground or some fishing, you just have a short drive through the community. If you leave Pointe Royale, Branson has a long list of restaurants, entertainment and fun activities. Don't forget, you're also close to Silver Dollar City, Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes!
