Wonderful VRBO beach house! Exactly what I was looking for. I just loved the separate bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms. Clean, cozy, and just blocks from the beach. Pet-friendly amenities and a relaxing vibe made it a fantastic getaway. Highly recommend!

Amazing beach house!

My husband, mother, and one of her friends stayed for a long weekend. It was the perfect open space to be together and still have our space with three private bathrooms. Immaculate home steps from the beach and a short drive to downtown. The hosts could not have been more wonderful and helpful. We can’t wait to go back! If you are searching for a vacation rental on St Augustine for your family look no further! You will love this home and the quiet neighborhood.

A great option if you want to be able to walk to the beach!

We had the best stay! The outdoor shower was great to rinse off our pup, and it was nice that she could dry off in the fenced in backyard. We also appreciated the extra beach towels. The largest bedroom had a walk-in closet, which was just big enough to fit our pack and play for our baby to sleep in. The house was easily walking distance to the beach and there are a few restaurants near by worth checking out. Would recommend Beachcomber which is also walking distance from the house! The owners were very responsive when we had a couple of questions and overall we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!

Love it

We love the three bedroom three bath. It works perfect for our family. As I have more grown-up children that would prefer to have their own bathroom close to the beach close to town always have fun.

Perfect Getaway

Only a short walk to the beach! Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom, and I got to bring my pups with us. Had a wonderful stay!!

Great home!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and also an office attached to one of the bedrooms. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Fully stockade-fenced backyard which our little dog loved. Quick walk to the beach. Great weather was the only thing lacking, but sure can't blame the house for that!

Great Place and Better Than Expected!

My wife and I came down to visit for 3 weeks with our dog to get away from the Northeast weather. We have stayed in many places over the years but this was the first time we stayed in a single house on the other side of the A1A. To be honest, I was not sure how this would go especially since our dog is now officially disabled and needs a wheelchair. But when we got to the house, we found it to be especially clean and very well laid out for a visitors stay. Everything was clean and labeled throughout the house. The open concept of the house was great, it made things really easy for our shepherd and her wheelchair to get around. The doorways are wide and the house is pretty accessible for folks that may need assistance. We really enjoyed our stay. The back porch was awesome and it was fairly quiet while we worked out there. Some noise here and there from a neighbor but nothing too crazy. There are a lot of folks walking through the area with their dogs and there is a cut through walkway on the other side of the house but it did not pose a problem at all. Each room has its own TV with cable and the beds we fairly comfortable so we slept well and there was plenty of bedding and towels available for each bathroom. The garage was great. Its clean and has a lot of beach gear. Some of the chairs are a bit old but nothing to worry so much about and there are 4 bikes there but I am not sure if they are for use or not so you will have to ask. I brought my own bike and other toys so it was not an issue but great to have that area to store it all in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we wished we could of booked more time here. I cannot say anything negative about this house. I can only say that I would make some minor changes which would be maybe to have some grass in the back instead of wood chips for the whole yard. I get why its there but it gets tracked into the house and it would be easier for the dog to use since she is more used to that. No big deal but just a small area would be nice. There’s a couple other things I would probably upgrade down the road to help with our situation but its not “needed” for the house. Otherwise I thinks it was perfect. Communication with the owner was great. We had spoke a few times and they were really kind and helpful. 5 stars for this one folks. We will be back for sure. Thanks again for a great stay.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay at your home in St. Augustine Beach! Great location only a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, Publix, etc.. The home was clean, roomy and very comfortable. The screened in porch was our favorite part! We hope to stay her again over the summer. Thank you for hosting us!

Beach Getaway

Great First Time Visit to St. Augustine

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We loved the spacious house layout! The screened in outdoor patio and fenced in back yard was great for the dogs! We had everything we needed for a wonderful family trip. Great memories were made!

Relaxing beach vacation

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. The walk to the beach is no problem, especially if you use the beach wagon that’s in the garage (such a nice surprise!) We brought our own boogie boards but if we would’ve forgotten them, they have some there you can use. The beds were very comfortable and the outside shower was VERY convenient for after the beach. We had a great time 😊

Great house for our family and pup!

The house was so nice and the location was excellent! They had everything you would need during your stay. Our daughter is taking summer courses online and the private work area with a desk worked out perfectly. Will stay here again!

First visit to St Augustine

Had a great first time visit to St Augustine beaches and could not have been happier with the whole experience. The house was neat, tidy and clean upon arrival. Just about everything you will need is provided including some pantry staples. This property is in a great location with easy access to beaches and restaurants. Great beach, wonderfully comfortable house and gracious host! We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely lovely

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had chosen the perfect house. Check-in was super easy, house was clean & well set-up, and everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds, all the beach gear you could hope for, and a fully stocked kitchen for meals at home. Great location - just a short walk to the beach and all the neighborhood has to offer including great restaurants and family fun. And just a short drive to downtown. Loved the screened in porch for evening family time and the fenced backyard and quiet neighborhood were perfect fits for our dog. Hosts were communicative and though we needed nothing during the week, I was confident they would be in touch right away if we did. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Excellent!

Such a nice place in a very quiet area close to the beach. Absolutely loved it here. Great to find a pet friendly home. The home itself was very clean, check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. Our only disappointment was seeing it wasn’t available between Christmas and New Years because we wanted to come back already!

From the moment we entered the home we were in love. Beautiful home and well stocked everything we needed for our two week stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting at Augustine and we would hope to return.

Holiday Girls' Trip

There were 3 of us who have all been to St. Augustine many times, but not during a Christmas Holiday. We were there during the Festival of Lights, and it did not disappoint! So we were in town much of the time to enjoy the festivities. However, the house was so convenient to town, shopping, the State Park, the beach, grocery store, we were able to do it all. We also brought our 2 dogs who loved the fenced yard. When returning from a beach walk, the outdoor shower was a wonderful place to wash them off. I would recommend this house and owners to all who love an Anastasia Island get away!

St. Augustine was love at first sight. We were instantly attracted by its low-key vibe, numerous independent eateries, interesting history, and natural beauty. Ezmeralda beach house truly epitomizes all of the charms St. Augustine has to offer - from the Spanish moss-draped oaks to the constant sound of the Atlantic heard from the beautiful lanai, she is a beauty. After renting the house for a month, we knew she had to be ours. The rest is history!

This home is just steps away from a beautiful beach on a very quiet residential street. It is close to shops, restaurants and historic attractions yet tucked away in a residential neighborhood.
