Cute beach theme decor, very clean, cozy and comfortable. Just the right size for 4 adults and an 18 month old and fully stocked for indoor and outdoor needs. We really enjoyed the fenced backyard for the toddler. Great host communication. Would definitely recommend.

•The property is located in perfect proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops/boutiques. • The house is inviting and decorated very nicely.• I met Lisa and she is very nice and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful. She even forwarded a package to me that was delivered to me there a day after I departed.• This was one of the best vacations I have had and my dogs absolutely loved it!!!

The back deck with privacy fenced in yard was perfect for outdoor sitting with our pet. All amenities were included. The best I’ve experienced and we go to St Augustine every year.

This property is well updated and very clean! The owners really have it nailed down with all the small details taken care of on this property (toiletries, cleaning supplies, soaps/ detergents, beach accessories, etc.). Easy walk to beach and few restaurants nearby. Only con, maybe add shower rod or sliding door to on suite bathroom as it tends to get water outside shower since it's only half enclosed. Great property and communication with owners and highly recommend!!

My wife and I enjoyed this property. We stayed 3 nights for our wedding anniversary. It is centrally located in St. Augustine Beach, which is convenient. Our dog traveled with us, so the pet-friendly accommodations were nice. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. A large deck is available for use, so there is not much grass or natural lawn, unfortunately. The neighborhood was quiet, and the parking in front of the property was adequate.

It was a beautiful beach house within easy walking distance to the beach. Check-in was simple, owner emailed the code and confirmed arrival time. House had lights on when we arrived since it was a little later than we anticipated. Plenty of supplies in the house which was nice. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of of supplies and all the essentials. Though we didn't cook in. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart). Wish we could have spent time enjoying the back deck and sitting out there, but we were pretty busy. Check out is simple. We would love to come back.

Excellent home and property. Spotless inside and out. Property owner, Lisa was available at a moments notice for any concerns that we had. One block from the ocean. Walkable to numerous restaurants. Charming, quiet neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We stayed for 10 weeks and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. Lisa is the best!

Clean and convenient to the brach

This house was dog friendly and very clean. No doggie odor and a nice fenced in yard. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Only a short block from a beautiful beach with chairs and a cart to conveniently get all your stuff to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

I Could Not Ask for More!

I highly recommend this adorable cottage! It’s conveniently located and very comfortable. The house includes a well-stocked kitchen, extra linens, and even basic toiletries. Plus, there’s a feeding station for your dog. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beds, so you’ll want to plan ahead for that. Our dog always sleeps in her portable crate on trips, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We had a lovely vacation and hope to stay again!

Sea breezes and good Restaurants

My wife and I are locals from the other side of the river who stay in St. A 1-2 times a year. In fact we were at a B Street rental for a week in April. This house was very nice and just as advertised: which is important. As we get older we are looking for: Peace and Quiet, lots of outdoor time, convenience and NO STAIRS. For non-pet owners, the house was very clean and dog odor free so don't worry. Try it out and have a good time!!
