This second floor end unit is located in the gated community of Sorrento. The community offers many amenities to enjoy, such as a resort-style community pool, clubhouse, exercise room and bocce court.

The condo has 1661 sq ft of living space. It has 3 bedrooms plus an office/den, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a private bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The split bedroom floor plan offers privacy, and the two other bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and TVs.

The comfortably-furnished open great room is overlooked by a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, rich dark cabinets and a large island with seating for four.

The condo has an attached 1-car attached garage, and visitor parking is nearby. It has impact windows, ample natural lighting, wood flooring in each bedroom and tile throughout the main living space. The tiled lanai offers room to entertain or relax and enjoy views of the lush greenery.

This is a non smoking, pet free unit.

The HOA requires that all renters submit a rental application along with a nonrefundable processing fee of $100, which includes a background check.

Lovely Condo at Sorrento

We enjoyed our month at Sorrento which is a smaller, quiet complex with a great pool and fitness room. This condo is nicely furnished and very well stocked with essentials. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Great Place for an extended stay

We came to SW Florida for the summer to spend time with my parents. The townhouse/condo was perfect. Enough space for working from home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Really enjoyed the gym in the community and the pool. It was close to grocery stories, breweries and gas stations and conveniently off I-75. Kitchen is fully stocked, I was able to bake and cook anything I wanted. Well outfitted with furniture and comfortable beds as well. Garage would be tight if you had a large car but for our small SUV and Sedan it fit just fine. Sue was great to work with. Excellent location, would recommend and would stay again.

A month in the sun!

We enjoyed our stay here, house was lovely, well equipped and great neighborhood. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful, looking forward to returning.

We have visited relatives in the area over the past years and fell in love with it. When we decided to purchase a condo, this one stood out. This home is tastefully decorated and furnished. It was built in 2014. It had not been a vacation rental previous to our purchase in November, 2020.

The community has 38 buildings with 4 units in each. It has a cozy community feel.

The condo has an open floor plan, with a large kitchen flowing into a great room, with views of the greenery beyond the screened-in lanai.

It has a room that could be used and an office with a large desk and chair. The desk has a large computer monitor that you can hook up to a laptop. There is high speed internet service. The room has a French door which gives it privacy.
