We have five children—one still at home, one in college, and three grown with families of their own—blessing us with five wonderful grandchildren.
Both of us work in the healthcare industry and love to travel whenever we can. When we travel, we prefer staying in short-term rentals ourselves, which gives us valuable insight into what makes a stay comfortable and memorable. This area is stunning! The location is perfect for families or a group of friends. The beach access being directly across the street is convenient and perfect for families. No high-rise condos so the beach is not packed with people. After a nice day at the beach, the pool and courtyard are perfect as they are only shared with 3 other houses. Located at the very west end of Front Beach Road is awesome to explore other areas of 30A like Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, or head down to Seaside to the food trucks. 30A is 5 minutes from our area and Pier Park is 12 minutes! The traffic is pretty much nonexistent down on our end!
