Waterfront with beautiful views of Ky lake! This mobile home has a large living room/ kitchen combined space with a large deck for catching that last bit of sunset. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with the master bedroom having a extra full/twin bunkbed. Please be aware that the master bedroom/bath is all one room and the bunk beds are located in the bath with a curtain for privacy. Your less than 20 minutes from Paris and 5 miles from Sandy Creek Farms wedding and event venue. Has a private dock and driveway to lake. Even though the dock and beach are privately owned my family and neighbors may be using the dock and beach also! Jump in your boat or rent one from nearby marinas and explore several great places on the water for entertainment and dining! This property is not in a congested campground. It is situated on 8 acres of private waterfront land. Holidays is a 3 Nite minimum stay.

A perfect getaway. Little piece of Heaven. The property was very comfortable and clean. We loved sitting on the beach while hubby and his brother fished off the dock. The back deck was ideal for grilling and enjoying the beautiful Kentucky Lake view.

The scenery is amazing. Sitting on the deck, drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise is an awe inspiring moment. At night, sitting around the campfire with my family and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows, will always be a cherished memory for me and my grandkids. And making a sand castle on the beach with my youngest grandson made me feel like a kid again. Memories is what life is about. Many thanks to our gracious host.

This place is nothing short of amazing!!!! My family and I had the best time here. The beach is awesome the house had everything we needed and the host Cindy is great she was such a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating last minute she let us add an extra night to our stay!!! We enjoyed everything so much we did not want to leave!! We will definitely be back againThank you Cindy for sharing such a beautiful place true a little slice of heaven

Very quiet secluded area right on the lake. Cindy our host was excellent and answered all of our questions. While the mobile home is older it was roomy enough for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the lake and scenery around the lake while kayaking and fishing. Great weekend getaway with the family that doesn't break your budget. It's also located half hour drive away from LBL National Park

Friends getaway

Really enjoyed the proximity to the water and it made fishing easily accessible. Wonderful location for unplugging and relaxing. Hostess and her family were welcoming and interactions with them were enjoyable.

Got married

We got married on this property and truth is I wouldn’t change a thing and my new bride agreed. What a beautiful place with a great deck to hold our ceremony. I personally recommend this place to anyone!

Fishing getaway

We had a wonderful time with our little mini vacation. The views are beautiful and the peacefulness was an added bonus! We live close to Old Hickory lake and it’s always so busy,it’s hard to fish and enjoy. That wasn’t the case here. We didn’t bring the fishing boat with us but that’s ok. It’s not a fancy hotel,but if you are looking for a quiet Comfortable place; this is it! Would definitely stay here again!

Great view and scenery

It was just the wife and I and Everything was great about this place very very relaxing. We cooked on the grill did some fishing when we could because the weather did not cooperate with us besides that I would definitely go here again.

Luck not on our side

Well when I booked I intended specifically to use the boat ramp that was listed on the website. Contacted owner to verify it was a “useable” ramp and response was yes. As my luck turned out, the water level had been lowered five feet which most likely would have damaged both my boat and trailer if we used it. We didn’t. We moved in our things’ very cute little setup. So we’ll go out and find a different boat ramp. We left for a couple of hours to get dinner. Came back at 11 pm to find the back half of the home inundated with flying gnats. Hundreds. Well, as my luck continued to progress, all family members except my spouse and I left, not wanting to sleep amongst the gnats. Owner responded very quickly next morning, cleaning up the bug carcasses and re-sealing the entry hole near the a/c unit. Once this was done, we didn’t see anymore on the inside. But by this time all plans had been “remade” and the family just travelled the hour and half drive to and from for the next day. Place had a great view of the lake but we didn’t use sitting area at the ramp or the beach area as there were many other people there on Saturday and Sunday. We loaded up and left on Monday morning. It was a long 13 mile drive from the main road to the home. We will mot book again for that reason among others. Even the the host was very kind and accommodating, it just didn’t play out at all as we had planned.

Lakeside paradise

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Trailer was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Property had a nice beach area and dock for our boat. Great communication. Boat ramp and hill up to property from lake is very steep! There is a public boat ramp near property.
