Argentière is a picturesque skiing, alpine walking and mountaineering village in the French Alps, part of the commune of Chamonix Mont Blanc, at an altitude of 1,252 m (4,108 ft). Argentière is located near the head of the valley of Chamonix approximately 7 km (4 mi) from Chamonix town. The Argentière glacier lies to the southeast of the village.
The home truths:
- The chalet is located 15 min by car from Chamonix. However, you are within walking distance from the pretty centre of Argentiere where you can find anything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and more.
- There are many stairs in the unit given it is spread on 4 floors. A stay here will certainly keep you fit!
- The property does not have a washing machine or dryer. However, there is a launderette only 100m away.
