Updated and beautifully furnished, it is the perfect retreat for families or friends looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Steamboat has to offer.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel right at home. Warm wood floors, abundant natural light, and cozy furnishings create an inviting space to unwind. The vaulted living room features:

Great place, views, and location.

Nice place. Smaller than the pictures make it seem but great for four adults. Pool is right outside the door and very nice. Close to skiing base and town. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Steamboat winter ski trip

The place and location is amazing. Great value, however the property owners need to tweak some things. The cookware was all very worn out and non-stick but all scratched and the coating falling off which is not health to use needs to be replaced. Some people actually cook. That was the only thing that did not meet expectations on this rental. Location, what was described, and all other amenities at the property were great. Location is amazing 10 min. walk to "the boat" ski areas and plenty of shopping and grocery stores 5-8 min away. Also the free shuttle/bus picks up right there.

Worst experience ever!

We were really excited about the location of this property and it looked nice online so we rented for a week. Upon arrival to say I was disappointed was an understatement . We had several major issues and no response from the management company and decided to leave after two nights and find somewhere nicer. I was shocked at how small it was and have never rented a place where the bedrooms did not have places to store clothing so we tripped over suitcases for the two days we stayed . The beds were extremely uncomfortable and my kids were exhausted and did not sleep and complained about a loud and repetitive knocking in the wall by the headboard. When I switched rooms I realized it happened every hour and went on for about five minutes and drove me crazy. The bathrooms are the size of a powder and have NO counter space and we did not have hot water at all for the time that we were there which was very difficult and freezing water! To be clear there is no washer/ dryer in the unit and the laundry mat in the other beholding is dirty and the machines take forever! I felt like I was back in college. There is also nowhere to sit and eat other than the very small bar that sat my three kids if they crawled over the clinch room find the barstools. It is impossible to cook a meal In this tiny kitchen. My biggest issues was the lack of availability of the management company to return a call or email. I was so upset that we decide to cut our losses abs find a better place to stay before our entire trip was ruined. Luckily we found something amazing and left this bad memory behind. Safe yourself done heartache and find another place and definitely a place that is not managed by Retretia .

Comfortable and cozy stay

We loved our trip to Steamboat. The unit worked really well for us. Beds comfortable and slept four of us comfortably. The team at Retretia were helpful and very friendly. The complimentary shuttle for dinners in town were great. My only piece of advice is to NOT use GOALPINE for airport transportation. They were unhelpful and changed our pick up four times (With a two hour swing between changes) with no explanation, just an email notice.
