This condo is equipped with electric baseboard heating and a gas fireplace, both of which are designed to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature even during colder mountain conditions. Had we been made aware of any heating concerns during the stay, our team would have responded right away to inspect and resolve the issue. In this case, we did not receive notice until the day prior to departure, which unfortunately limited our ability to assist in real time. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The concerns mentioned here are not consistent with our standards, and we are addressing them directly with our housekeeping team to ensure everything meets expectations moving forward. Regarding the kitchen, the home is stocked to accommodate typical group use, but we are always happy to provide additional items when requested. We appreciate the feedback, as it helps us continue improving.
