The house itself was nice—great location right by the bus stop, clean accommodations, and a good hot tub. Unfortunately, the experience with the property manager, Mountain Vacation Lodging, made the stay much more difficult than it needed to be.
At the time of booking, I had to complete an excessively long contract that took about 20 minutes to get through. Then at check-in, I never received the entry code. I called the after-hours number and ended up standing outside in the freezing cold for nearly an hour, with children waiting in the car, until they were finally able to provide the owner's code for the physical key. I was also told someone would stop by the next day to fix the issue, but no one ever came.
Additionally, the bench at the dining table felt very unstable, like it could break at any time.
