You will be seduced by the reddish-golden sand of the Préfailles coves.



Only 130 m from the village, Shops, Bars and Restaurants and 300 m from the seaside, ideally located to discover on foot or by bike the multiple facets of the south of the Loire.

Like one of the most atypical "Ladies of Préfailles", the Villa Ker Annik is 180m² on a small plot of land sheltered from view and can accommodate up to 11 people.



It consists of an office, a dining room with a fireplace, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home, fridge-freezers, cooking hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, thermomix and much more. The large living room with fireplace gives access to a shaded terrace and garden. For maximum comfort, all garden furniture and an outdoor kitchen with gas plancha are at your disposal. An outdoor shower and independent toilet are there to facilitate returns from fishing and beach, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and childcare equipment completes the house.

On the sleeping side, on the ground floor you will find, 1 double bedroom with shower room, 1 double bedroom passing through to a playroom. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, two with individual water point, one single bedroom and a bathroom.



You will be able to park up to 2 cars on the secure ground of the house. For additional spaces, the car parks in the centre are just a stone's throw away.
