Located facing the sea, on the road to the Saint Gildas point, 1km on foot from the town centre, shops, markets, bakeries, bicycle rental, bars and restaurants.

The Villa is 170m² on a closed and secure plot of 1200m². It has 5 sea-view rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people.

The house is composed, on the ground floor, of an open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home, hob, fridge-freezers, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, bean espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The living room has a TV and the dining room gives access to a large terrace with a view of the island of Noirmoutier. On the half-landing side at night, you will find a double room (160), a room with 3 single beds (90), a room with 2 single beds (90), a bathroom and independent toilet complete this level. On the second floor is a master suite (160) with a bathroom with private WC. Outside, a kiosk with an unobstructed view can serve as an office or a room with a sofa bed (140).

For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a barbecue, hair dryer, table and iron are provided.

You can park up to 4 cars on the closed and secure plot of the rental.
