The unit has a keyless entry (keypad) door lock. You will be given an entry code for use during your stay. The code will only work during your stay. I will send you the code a couple of days before your arrival.
This studio sits on the 2nd floor. The unit is fully stocked with towels, linens, cookware, and all furnishings. The efficiency contains a King bed and a couch, a full bathroom, and a full kitchen. You also have a private balcony where you can enjoy the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean.
No pets are allowed as per HOA. This is a non-smoking building.

Absolutely phenomenal

There is nothing better than when you first walk into this home and the first thing you see is the ocean front through the balcony. Being so close the ocean was such a spectacular experience and much less stressful when it came to relaxing on the beach, a night walk on the beach or some great food only blocks away. I highly recommend this location. It treated my fiance and I VERY well!!! Cheers!

The room was nice the surrounding property of Sea Mist was in disrepair and would not stay there again because of Sea Mist. The owner is trying to have a nice room in a bad place.

Frustrated

Positives: View of ocean from balcony was great & inside of place was clean. Negatives: kitchen utensils were not stocked. We brought steaks & wine for first night & there was nothing to cut onions/steak & there was no wine opener. That really started our stay off badly. Couldn't have coffee in morning because keurig coffee maker had no filter to put coffee in. We went to Walmart & bought a knife & Keurig filter next day to leave for next person. No hair dryer in unit. The VRBO said it had utentils,coffee maker & hair dryer. I just assumed it would have a sharp knife & wine opener. I brought coffee filters but not anything for a Keurig coffee maker. The bed had a plastic sheet right under the regular bottom sheet. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The plastic on the bed creeped me out. I will not forget about that for a long time. Air/heat unit was very noisy. We decided to stay only 2 nights & found different place to stay.
