This is the nastiest hotel I have ever been to in my life! I tried contacting the host to no avail. Thankfully we were able to book at another hotel. The absolute horrid stench will make you wanna leave as soon as you walk in the door! Open the coffee pot and it has MAGGOTS and gnats in it from where it was never cleaned out from prior guests. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train about to derail! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I highly recommend staying elsewhere! This place is absolutely horrendous!!

The location is amazing and right on the beach! Only reason it didn’t get full star rating was we were not able to access the room as the keypad was broken however, they were very prompt and got someone to come and help us within 20 minutes. Would definitely come back

Check-In was seamless but also had no actual representative of the building on site it seemed. Front door was locked but a sign also was saying to USE the front door. When in the room, we realized we had quite a noisy AC unit and a dustpan, but no broom. Despite being told we had no coffee maker, we did... which is cool but we would've came more prepared. It was a nice 2 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of all shops and attractions along the coast. Wifi is unsecure but there.

This VRBO was unclean, dilapidated. Not like advertised!! Never again.. yuck

Everything was unclean.. including dishes in cabinet. Hair on floor in bathroom. Shower dirty and broken faucet.. UNREAL!!I have videos.. will not let me upload videos Pictures were just not enough!

If you are looking for just a relaxation trip this place is an ideal place as there are not any other amenities besides a small outdoor pool. The condo was very outdated but the view was perfect for us to just sit and relax on the balcony. The elevator and most of the hallway smelled liked mold and weed which was a very unpleasant smell. Parking was across the street which was not bad and had plenty of space to park.

Beach Trip

For a quick getaway and to save money, this is the place to stay. It was comfortable and in a good location unfortunately it lacks pillows and maid service. for a king size bed I was shocked at the two small pillows that were left for us to use. In fact I went and bought my own.

Never Again

I chose this stay based upon reviews and the photos/closeness to the beach. NEVER AGAIN! My room was dirty (shower, bed, pillows, towels) and there were places of black mold. The couch didn’t match the photos and was dirty and there was an odd smell in the room

Blue Palmetto Review

Our balcony overlooked the ocean. Very convenient to go to/from the beach. We were able to take our 2 small dogs. The communication with the staff at Blue Palmetto office was excellent. We will definitely book with them again. Thank you.

Foam topper was wrong size for Queen bed, and was not placed in correctly, Sliding glass door needs lubricating. Would not slide easily at all. But.....We had a great time ! View is great!

Very run down.

Needs a lot of work. There wasnt even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The vent fan in the bathroom was broke. Because of the heavy wind and rain from the tropical storm. The whole room was wet this morning...the dloors and the walls. This morn8ng the air conditioning from a small window unit broke. The ac unit on the outside was rusted to hell. Very run down place to stay. But we booked last minute. One nice thing was location good and Susan property manager was very nice to work with.

My only complaint was the pool was closed down the entire time and we had no way of washing the sand off because they had the gate locked to the pool where the sprayer was. Other than that it was fine. Very clean.

The beach access and parking was so easy, we were close to all major attractions, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, if we stay in Myrtle beach again, we would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, comfy bed, good water pressure, great location and balcony view of the ocean. Staff was friendly and responsive. Slight musty mildew smell in room. Overall a good place to vacation with a fur baby.
