Quiet Cozy Condo in town but walking distance to the Gunnison River

This is our vacation home in Colorado. Simple, quiet, and cozy quarters in the city limits of Gunnison, but only minutes from the slopes of Crested Butte and the great outdoors. Fully furnished with two large bedrooms and two baths. Wireless Internet available with Roku on all three Televisions. We don’t come to Colorado to watch TV so you will have to settle for basic streaming channels......we encourage our guests to take a step out of the rat race and into the great outdoors.

Wonderful place to stay! We’re from Gunnison, and this was our second time choosing this cabin while visiting family. It’s extremely clean, peaceful, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be back!

Quaint cabin in a quiet neighbor hood.This cabin was perfect for our fall break stay. It is very well maintained, stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, comfy beds, and close to everything. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodated our request to stay an extra evening.

It's an amazing setup for two couples with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We had what we needed - it was all well appointed. It's in a quiet neighborhood near the river. Truly delightful.

San Luis Peak climbing trip

The place was perfect for us, was very comfortable, and was in a great location. We ued the outdoor gas grill and enjoyes eating our neal on the picnic table in the carport.
