8 person house with sea view - Pink Granite Coast - beach at 30m

LOCATION
Come and discover Locquémeau, a coastal village on the Pink Granite Coast which has kept its wild character, only ten kilometres from Lannion. You will quickly fall in love with its fishing and sailing port, its sailing school, its beaches, its sites of Dourven and its cliffs of Trédrez. Feeling peckish? Taste the local fish and local products at the Wednesday afternoon market. Several restaurants within walking distance will also seduce you.

THE HOUSE
This Breton house of almost 150 m², renovated and refurbished in 2022, can accommodate 8 people. Your stay here will take place to the rhythm of the tides and the sound of the waves. You will have all the necessary comfort for a serene holiday. The furniture, bedding, equipment and appliances are new. Wifi connection available throughout the house. Classification in progress.

The house is composed on the ground floor:
- 1 flat screen TV lounge with box.
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- 1 WC.
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 and a private shower room.
- 1 bedroom for 4 people with bunk beds 90x200 and a private shower room.
All the rooms on the ground floor have access to a garden and a terrace without opposite.

On the first floor :
- 1 bedroom with a sea view, double bed 160x200 and a private shower room.
- 1 WC with washbasin.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with sea view, half-open to the living room.
- 1 living-dining room with triple exposure: sea view (2 bays out of 3) and garden (1 bay out of 3) and access to a sea view terrace.

THE GARDEN :
- A south-facing garden with trees and a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Children welcome :-).
Cot and high chair on request.
No smoking house, no pets.

Minimum stay: 3 nights outside school holidays, 7 nights during school holidays.

From October 1st to April 30th : electricity charges in supplement to be paid at the end of the stay : 0,25€/kWh.
