Comfortable basement apartment with private entrance and convenient self-check-in via the keypad entry. Fully equipped kitchen to cook meals. Flat screen smart fire T.V. Quiet residential neighborhood located close to Cornell, Airport, Ithaca College, restaurants, and downtown. Parking space for one vehicle in the driveway. TCAT bus stops one block from house. Note: The apartment is located on the basement level, so it keeps cool in the summer months, and there are 2 standing fans in the apartment for use if needed.

We have lived in Ithaca for almost 30 years. We love to travel and welcome guests from all different cultures to stay in our comfortable apartment!

The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The space is ideal for 2 people and is entirely for guest use. The living room is spacious and opens into the kitchen/ dining area. It's the basement level of the house, so it keeps cool in the summer, and there are 2 standing fans for use, if needed. Please note that the apartment is set-up for a max of 2 guests. Any violation of this policy will incur a charge of an additional $75.00/person/night. Additionally, please be mindful that check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests who check out later will incur a late check out fee of $25/every 15 minutes past the 11:00 am check-out time.
