この施設について

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is level entry. Has plenty of room for a family of 6. Unwind in front of the wood burning fireplace while watching your favorite TV show. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed and in the second bedroom you have a queen size bed. The living room features a sleeper sofa. Unit does have a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. Conveniently located to all the activities Sugar Mountain has to offer. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Nice stay with only couple issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and layout was great for our family of 5. The cleaning was the only issue. I would rate it as being fairly "OK" if it was myself and some guy friends but for my wife and 3 girls it needed some more work. The check in was great but when I left I told the young lady the issue with the cleaning and just said they might want to look into it. I didn't expect any discount and didn't ask. It was only for their benefit did I mention it. She seemed very disinterested and I found this somewhat telling of why it was like that in the first place. I will check with them again for my next stay but due to this I will check other realtors also.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good. The condo was in desperate need for thorough deep cleaning. The condo had some nice updates like new flooring and 2nd bathroom was renovated nicely. The kitchen was fully stocked, but everything needed to be cleaned before it was used.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a good experience for us. Main offense was the hazardous slick, icy conditions at the ingress / egress area of our particular property we rented and the poorly maintained parking area designated to all vehicles, but not welldefined that all vehicles were to park in upper lot. Being that a ski resort is not an essential business, we felt that if there was not the equipment or staff to maintain clear paths to property site, you should not be open for business. If an ambulance had to get into the complex for any emergency situation they would have never been able to get out as the property conditions were full of ice and snow, unplowed and without any rock salt or gravel splayed on surfaces. Interior of unit was aesthetically clean, but the bedding coverlets had unpleasant odors. There was some kind of water issue with upstairs unit we were unaware of but there was grinding sounds throughout the night at each corner of the back side of the unit that further proceeded to sound like sheets of ice sliding down the unit walls. We did report our concerns to the management company next day, but we left the area as it proved to be way less than our most basic expectations.
