It includes :
- Entry,
- Living room with sofa and TV,
- Equipped kitchen (oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, microwave, fridge),
- Toilets separated,
Upstairs :
- Bedroom with bed of 140cm large,
- Bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm large,
- Bathroom with toilets and washing machine,
- Mezzanine with shower,
Upstairs :
- Two bedrooms with one bed of 140cm large.
Sea view terrace exposed south/east. CLosed garden.
Possibility to park a car on the property.
Animals not allowed.
Electric and water usage in extra charge (105€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 250€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
