Courtney House on Lake Marion

Welcome Home to the Courtney House! The Courtney house is located on the cove of Eutaw Springs where fishing off the private dock can be very rewarding. The dock is newly renovated with pole holders and lights for night fishing. Our former guest caught 36 catfish off the dock during their 4 night stay! The 20'x40' boat ramp located on the property gives fishermen the opportunity to launch their boats easily right from the house. Sit on the dock and watch the osprey dive for fish and the occasional bald eagle soar above the cove. Bring your boat, your fishing pole, or favorite book to enjoy a little piece of heaven in Eutawville. As the day closes, the fire pit is ready for an evening under the stars.

The property hosts 5 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens, 2 sets bunkbeds-4 twins), 3 full baths, a spacious dining room table(seats 8), large family room with 65" TV with satellite. Family room has extra large sofa, breakfast table (seats 6), and foosball table, along with board games, cards. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen. The main house has three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen beds), 2 full baths and the apartment over the garage has two bedrooms, one king and the second bedroom holds two twin sets of bunkbeds with a Jack & Jill tub/shower bathroom.

For the historians, the Battleground of Eutaw Spring which was the turning point of the Revolutionary War in South Carolina is only a short 10 minute walk.

The home is only a 45 minute drive from Summerville, and 20 minutes from Santee.
