Sitting Waterfront on Lake Marion in the beautiful Taw Caw area of Summerton, SC, off exit 102 or 108 on I-95. Main is on second level with 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, convenient laundry area and a large living room/kitchen combo with huge screened porch along the entire length of the house. The porch is topped off with a cozy bed swing for those afternoon naps, shaded by the huge grand live oak tree overlooking the water, propane fire table and grill. Large lot with plenty of parking for cars and boats.

Beautiful home very clean check in was no problem. The owners were very quick to reply with any messages. Had a problem with the propane tank for the grill and the owner was there within five minutes to replace it. responded to my text within minutes. Overall, stay was excellent great place to relax and fish. Very cozy home felt like we were home the whole week love fishing on the dock very relaxing. Would recommend it to anybody that wants to relax and fish.

Great place

We had a beautiful stay on the water . The property manager was so nice and informative. We had a small issue and it was taken care of right away. This is a great place to stay.

Perfect Getaway Spot and House

Nice dock, very shady waterfront all day long, and the screened in porch is so cozy. House has everything you need and then some. Cleanest rental I have seen and will be going back!

Great House

The house was as described in the listing. Very clean and spacious. It has pretty much everything you need for your stay. Very, relaxing for a big family getaway on the lake! The beautiful views of the lake from the screened-in porch! Was wonderful and peaceful! My 4 grandkids loved playing in the water around the dock. They spent hours catching minnows and tadpoles. Theresa was very helpful with local information and helpful suggestions for restaurants. She was very prompt with all communications. We will definitely stay here again!

Spring Break

This property was perfect for a little lake time during spring break. It was very peaceful and family friendly. The porch was our favorite part!
