Nice efficiency with new kitchenette on one of the Las Olas Isles.
Strictly no smoking inside.
Kitchen, fridge, cook plate, micro, high dining table for 2, queen bed.
This is a no-smoking apartment.
I have just remodeling the apartment.

Best location close to Las Olas and the beach, right on the channel isle.
Beach towels included.
Roku TV/Netflix.
Covered patio and eating area
Parking outside.
Walking to Las Olas restaurants.

We have kayaks our guests can use.

You get all private unit.
There is an outside patio and you have access to the water/deck through a gate on the neighbor property. Only 30’ walk.

You have your own unit and own entrance

I try to be available 24/7

Close to Las Olas restaurants (1/2 mile) and the beach (1 mile).

Uber and Lyft are easy accessible as well as the scooters. Las Olas is a short walk away.

We have A strict no smoking inside the apartment.

And a little side note. The tap water here in Florida/Broward has a little brown color. If you fill up a bathtub etc. you will see a slight color change. I just mention it as a few guests has commented it during their stay
