Accommodation: 6DID1 - Le Barcarès Village - Villa type T5 with parking space (possibility to park 2 vehicles in the driveway). Located in the village 200 m from the beach, equipped for 6 people. You will be delighted by its volume and its ideal location.The villa consists of a direct entrance into living room/lounge, independent kitchen hob, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter).Dining room overlooking the garden and the terrace and access to living/TV.Upstairs a bedroom two beds 90 cm + storage, two bedrooms with a bed 140 cm and storage.A bathroom with bath, sink and separate toilet.Winter heating.Optional extra services: Linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the keys.- double bed kit: 12.00 €- single bed kit: 9.00 €- Towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €Option Household end of stay to ask the agency : 180 €Rental WIFI BOX : 39 € / weekYou will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and will be made absolutely prior to your arrival (no cash or cheque).
