This Deer Valley Portico Place 9 townhome is situated in a quiet, secluded location right off of bustling Deer Valley Drive, making it perfect for your year-round getaway. You will be a short mile from the Snow Park Lodge where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and of course, endless mountain adventures, no matter the season. If you want to get on the free bus that can take you throughout the town, the bus stop is just a couple of blocks away!



This home offers three levels of luxury living, 1,600 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.



Entering this condo through the front door, you will step directly into the great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining areas — with this main living area featuring vaulted ceilings and numerous windows bringing in an abundance of natural light and surrounding views.



Living Room: The living room features comfortable mountain contemporary furnishings including a sleeper sofa, a 55” Vizio TV, and a cozy gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock front.



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space offers modern appliances, beautiful stone counters, and the kitchen bar offers seating for three.



Dining Room: Seating for up to four.

Easy check in, convenient garage, small kitchen, older construction but comfortable. The pillows on the beds are well past their prime and unsupportive. Pillows in closet in primary were very firm, and unusable. Biggest drawback is the hot tub is next to the neighbor’s hot tub with no privacy. If you don’t plan to hot tub, not an issue. Nice view!

Really enjoyed our stay - only nitpicky comment was that the hot tub was really close to neighbors, so not super private. Other than that small item, it was awesome!

Beautiful ski escape

Great place to stay. Great location close to deer valley and park city. Loved the large windows in the family room. Jacuzzi was great after a long ski day. One recommendation for the home- need more hooks in the bathroom and the entry foyer for coats, towels and wet bathing suits. Other than that small detail, home is perfect. Thank you again for a wonderful memorable family ski vacation.

Very nice property. Well cared for. Very convenient to old town and to skiing at Park City. Multiple free shuttles were very easy to use. Hot tub was great. Garage was handy with direct access to unit. Decent views. Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Kitchen was well stocked.

Nice property and location

The property was nice and well equipped. The only issue is that there is no patio furniture. During the summer it’s nice to be able to sit outside which we were unable to do. Otherwise the property is a good option for those looking for something off of Main Street but easily accessible to everything in the area. With the above issue resolved I would have given the property 5 stars for satisfaction.

Week with Kids

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was a bit smaller than it looks online but still comfortable for our family (2 adults, 4 young children). Three complaints: -half the lightbulbs were burned out/not working. -Very drafty on the main level -The walk way to the hot tub area had not been shoveled in days and covered in snow/ice. That walkway became very slippery/dangerous and only got worse the more we used it.

Could not figure out how to use the TV sets.

Great location, hot tub a big plus. However, the HVAC is very uneven. Small bedroom has no supply vent for heat.

Perfect location

Booked our New Years stay a little late in the season. Lucky this place was available. Walking distance to Park City free bus. 5 minute bus ride or less to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. Walking distance to Main Street. Great restaurants and shops! Townhouse was well equipped and clean and neat!!
