West Penthouse 1903 boasts a private hot tub on its patio. Guests wishing to have the hot tub filled and heated during their stay may request this amenity either during or after booking. A heating fee of $250 applies, with an additional charge of $50 per day for reservations exceeding five nights.

West Penthouse 1903 offers ample space throughout three inviting open-concept living areas. The main living area greets you when you enter the penthouse. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV while the couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the first-floor furnished beachfront balcony, which also has a rooftop terrace. The windows are enhanced by the raised ceilings in the main living area, which maximize the beach view. The breakfast table has seating for four, the dining area offers seating for eight, and there's additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size, commercial-grade, stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Centrally located in the penthouse is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer. There's a half bath on the first floor nearby the living areas for convenience.

The second-floor master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and private access to the second-floor balcony. The master bathroom has a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a full over a full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
