This is one of the best apartments in the Building, this is not a studio, it is an 1/1 apartment. It has just been all renovated and decorated with style. Beautiful location on Harbor Island. Close to everything, 5 minutes to the Beach, 10 minutes to Downtown, 20 minutes to Miami airport. The sunsets and views from the Balcony are simple amazing. You will be speechless when you seat and relax in the Balcony. All Appliances, Tv's, furniture... are new

Accommodating host; but listing lacked key information

We did not stay here, but the host was very accommodating with our reasons for not. The main one is the pool was not open and this was not disclosed to us beforehand. This was a must for us to stay at the property. Although parking is technically free, there is a 15 guest check in fee per guest staying in the room. The listing mentioned “may be additional costs”… they should have just put this cost in originally. This is common in Miami, I just wish I knew this property did it too.Overall, the property was not as expected, and if communication was better beforehand we may have stayed. The host was great and I am sure others will be happy staying here in the future.

The property appeared outdated and could benefit from some updates. The photos on the listing seemed to be quite old, as they didn't reflect the current condition of the place. Additionally, there was an unusual smell that caused my husband some discomfort, leading him to cough frequently. We also experienced issues with the hot water, as the water remained very cold during our stay. Ultimately, we felt it was best to cancel our reservation and find alternative accommodations. I did reach out to the host for assistance, but our conversation became somewhat contentious, as he mentioned that previous guests hadn’t reported similar issues. It would be helpful for future guests if these concerns were addressed.

Situata in una bella zona. Consigliamo di munirsi di macchina perché lontana 20-25 minuti dalle zone turistiche centrali. Pulizia nella norma, condizionatori funzionanti. Dotata di frigo grande, forno e forno a microonde. Ottimo parcheggio privato incluso nel prezzo. Piscina esterna fuori uso. Migliorabili le finestre e la porta esterna della camera che dà sul balcone, per nulla insonorizzata e chiusura strana per cui entra aria. Nel complesso buon soggiorno
