Condo is spacious, and has most everything you need ( no dish towels or bath mats). Yes, it could use updating, but you’re renting not buying. Easy access to beach and close to stores and restaurants.

We stayed in the one corner bedroom at Sion in Hollywood and had a great experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and had good natural light. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed. Pablo was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Nice spacious apartment. Main disadvantage there are renovations going on exterior building. The line of apartment was open but two doors away there were renovations and noise would start early morning. This was not disclosed at time of booking or later.

The check in process was a breeze. The unit had everhthing you could need for a stay and the beach was right out the back of the building.

Our stay was from Jan 22-26.The condo was as described in the website. However, there were a lot of exterior repairs to the building which resulted in a lot of noise inside the unit during Thursday and Friday during the day which made it difficult to spend time indoors from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Fortunately, it was fairly quiet (other than street noise) on Saturday and Sunday.I am not sure we would have chosen the condo had we known of the construction noise.

Unfortunately we only had 2 nights but it was a wonderful 2 nights. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It felt like home near paradise. The unit was clean, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the valet was convenient. It was an easy process booking the unit and Pablo the owner was more than hospitable. Look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great location

Our stay was wonderful. The property is a minute walk to the beach and there are chairs and umbrellas available for use in the closet. The condo is perfect location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The condo is clean and Pablo was easy to contact and replied quickly. Would definitely recommend this stay to a friend!

Florida visit

The condo was clean and very well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay condo. The valet attendants were overworked at times but very courteous and helpful. Great experience.

Great South Florida Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to beach and restaurants, which were our priorities. We enjoyed the balcony and appreciated the folding beach chairs that were in the closet. The unit was quiet enough given the urban environment which contributed to a relaxing trip. Communication with Pablo was prompt and easy via the VRBO app.

Great location, beautiful beach, everything you need on vacation

We had a great 5 night stay. Very convenient location to everything you need. The beach is beautiful and is only a few steps away. 7 Eleven is right across the street for any minor needs and their are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Pablo was very easy to work with and the condo has everything you will need.

4th Birthday Weekend

Long weekend stay to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday and everything was perfect. Apartment was exactly as pictured and close to everything. Would definitely return.

Great Apartment!

We had a good stay. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Pablo was very reachable and promt with responses and ensured we were okay at the apartment. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast. I definitely would recommend this apartment and my husband enjoyed his stay.

Great location. Easy check in and out, and good communication from owner. The bad…poor quality mattresses and bedding. We lost sleep instead of recharging : /

Perfect place for girls trip!

This condo was the perfect place for our girls trip! It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and it was conveniently located for shopping, dining, beach access, and using Circuit Transportation. We loved the view of both the ocean & intercoastal from our balcony plus it was a great place to watch the sunset! Pool was nice & beach was just a few feet away. Pablo was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Fit

Pablo was very responsive to any questions. Staff was very friendly. Ocean was just a short walk to beach so you could run back to property if you needed to grab anything. Spacious and peaceful for evening relaxation.

The property was exactly as the pictures show. Very convenient for shopping and access to the beach.

We were a family of four at this property and we had plenty of room. The pictures show exactly what the condo looked like. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great for the beach and close to restaurants. Pablo was always available if we had any questions. We would recommend this condo to friends and family.
