Unfortunately we only had 2 nights but it was a wonderful 2 nights. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Great Apartment!

We had a good stay. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Pablo was very reachable and promt with responses and ensured we were okay at the apartment. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast. I definitely would recommend this apartment and my husband enjoyed his stay.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It felt like home near paradise. The unit was clean, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the valet was convenient. It was an easy process booking the unit and Pablo the owner was more than hospitable. Look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great location

Our stay was wonderful. The property is a minute walk to the beach and there are chairs and umbrellas available for use in the closet. The condo is perfect location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The condo is clean and Pablo was easy to contact and replied quickly. Would definitely recommend this stay to a friend!

Great location, beautiful beach, everything you need on vacation

We had a great 5 night stay. Very convenient location to everything you need. The beach is beautiful and is only a few steps away. 7 Eleven is right across the street for any minor needs and their are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Pablo was very easy to work with and the condo has everything you will need.

4th Birthday Weekend

Long weekend stay to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday and everything was perfect. Apartment was exactly as pictured and close to everything. Would definitely return.

Great South Florida Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to beach and restaurants, which were our priorities. We enjoyed the balcony and appreciated the folding beach chairs that were in the closet. The unit was quiet enough given the urban environment which contributed to a relaxing trip. Communication with Pablo was prompt and easy via the VRBO app.

Great location. Easy check in and out, and good communication from owner. The bad…poor quality mattresses and bedding. We lost sleep instead of recharging : /

Perfect Fit

Pablo was very responsive to any questions. Staff was very friendly. Ocean was just a short walk to beach so you could run back to property if you needed to grab anything. Spacious and peaceful for evening relaxation.

Parking was a problem and getting to the beach was challenging. The unit itself was exactly as described and nice variety of beach gear available for you to use.

Enjoyed our short stay at this property. Property as per listing. We would return.

Overall experience was excellent. Accommodation is as per listing. Great location to access the beach. Condo clean and has all amenities required. A great plus to have beach towels, chairs and umbrella in unit. Walmart and 7-11 within walking distance. Check in and out was very easy and a great plus the fob was included. Pool did not get sun in afternoon but beach very accessible. Would stay here again

Perfect for what we needed!

A great apartment in an AMAZING building right on the beach. The building is one of those luxury high rises you see along the Florida coast and it had all the amenities to go along with it. Pool, private path to beach, gym, rec room, etc. The inside of the apartment was very nice and the pictures were consistent with what it looked like in person. The location was also great and was within walking distance to restaurants, convienence stores, etc.

Girls Getaway

Was just as listing described. The resort charges $30 for a fob to get into the building. Pablo includes the fobs in his rental. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a small cooler to make your day at the beach enjoyable 😊

Wonderful property, steps from the ocean

Clean, well-maintained rental, steps from the beach, with a great view from the balcony. Everything presented in person just as it did in the photos. Our host, Pablo, was very responsive to our inquiries. Check-in was a little bit clunky, as the person working the desk tried to charge us for the FOB, but luckily having read other reviews we knew to push back and it was quickly corrected. The beach chairs provided were not in great condition but we made them work. Overall it was a truly wonderful stay and we would definitely consider this place again for a return trip!

Very clean and fabulous location! access to beach was only a few steps. Had everything we needed.

This condo was really nice and in a very convenient location. There were beach chairs and towels and enough room for our entire family to spread out as well as sleep in separate rooms. The staff / valets were outstanding and very helpful with where to eat and things to do !! A suggestion, not a complaint, is that the master Bathroom could use a little updating to give it the same clean fresh look as the rest of the condo . View was also very nice. We bought a few groceries and coffee and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to make coffee, toast bagels , heat leftovers and cool our beverages. Would recommend this place to others!

Location was great

The unit was as pictured and was in a great location. Access to the breach and shopping withing walking distance. First time staying in Hollywood and would definitely come back. The only suggestion would be to list the cost of the key fob in the description of the property or include in the cost to rent. I was not expecting to pay an additional $30 to be able to access the door to the building or the amenities.

Wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful condo that is located right on the beach. The building is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect as it allowed us to go to Miami but also Ft. Lauderdale as it is right in the middle. The Hollywood Beach boardwalk was definitely a favorite for us in the evenings and listening to the live bands. This was a quick family getaway of 4 adults and an infant. The building has a very nice pool, fitness center, and a pool table. I would definitely recommend this rental and we look forward to coming back in the future! It was a very relaxing time:) Thank you Pablo for allowing us to stay and for always being quick to respond to any questions.

Great Location!

I loved the location of this property! It was 2 mins walk to the beach! And the view from the balcony was priceless. The apartment was very spacious too! My only negative comment is that the front door was very difficult to open, thank god I had my husband otherwise I wouldn’t had been able to open it, I don’t know if it had something to do with the ac being off on the hallway that week. Also, the pool closes at 6pm due to Covid regulations so we couldn’t enjoy it that much. Overall I had a great experience and it was worth the money I paid.

Building a bit dated

Only one residential elevator for whole tower made it very slow going. Windows in master bedroom wouldn't open - frozen shut. Kitchen decor dated and garbage disposal broken. . Generally could be cleaner. Otherwise good value.
