With two full bathrooms, each offering refreshing showers and plenty of space to unwind, mornings are easy and stress-free. After a day of sun, sand, and boardwalk fun, return to cool comfort with central air conditioning, cozy seating, and beautiful ocean breezes.

The condo is thoughtfully stocked with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen essentials, games, and beach chairs — so you can pack light and relax more. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom overlooking the ocean or wind down after sunset listening to the waves.

Water in the bathrooms is turned off between stays. The lever is underneath the sink in 2nd bath. Flip it ON when you arrive and OFF on your way out.
Please do not turn on the heat lamp switches in the bathrooms — there are currently no bulbs installed.
Our property managers Michelle and Mel are your onsite go-to contacts for anything urgent — malfunctioning appliances, building concerns, you name it.

You’re close to so many local attractions, including the famous Ocean City Boardwalk 🎡🍦 with its amusement rides, arcades, and classic treats, as well as Assateague Island National Seashore 🐎🌿, where you can bike, hike, swim, and spot the wild horses—especially in the late afternoon.

There are also plenty of popular restaurants and local favorites nearby 🍽️, great biking and walking paths 🚴🏽‍♀️👟, and easy access to nearby towns like Bethany, Dewey, and Rehoboth for even more boardwalk charm and dining options 🌅.
It’s the perfect neighborhood whether you’re looking for excitement, nature, or a little bit of both ☀️💙.
