Really appreciated the flexibility with the host for accommodating our dogs and our early check in. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Close to everything and you can’t beat the price.

Quiet neighborhood, property works great for close proximity to coming and going from downtown! Host is a fast communicator!

For what we received it was great. Communication from the person was phenomenal. Wish that the beds were not on top of the floor vents. Wish the outside firepit would have worked. Needed better quality pillows and mattresses. Other than that it was excellent. Despite everything I just mentioned I would stay again.

As a native Charlotteon, I loved the location and I enjoy how the neighborhood is evolving and growing. The information for check-in that was posted in the listing was incorrect, and I had to contact the property manager to find out how to get in. That was not very convenient as it was a heat wave and I have a newborn. There were some soggy linens in the dryer when we arrived. And the TV stand had a missing leg. The price is unbeatable so you have to make some concessions.

Clean, quiet, and well stocked

Really enjoyed my stay. I travel a lot, and more often that not I have to buy basic necessities in each house. Finding a place this well stocked and peaceful is a refreshing change of pace!

Amenities need to be improved--The beds were more like futons than real beds. Bedding was itchy and caused discomfort. Definitely a minimalist experience.

Short overnight trip to Charlotte

Cute little house, that was renovated nicely on the inside! Clean and neat. My mom liked it, and she's not easily impressed! Great location, near many good restaurants, and interstates. Close to downtown Charlotte as well. Would definitely stay here again.

House was nice it just needs more maintenance . While my family and I were there the sink had a leak. I noticed it as I was washing dishes. Water went everywhere. I let the owner know and we refrained from using it the rest of the stay which was not convenient.

Quaint home

This house is in an old, established, mixed age and race neighborhood. The neighborhood was very quiet and people were friendly. The house is as described and we were comfortable there. The beds are all memory foam and we slept well. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again if we needed a home in Charlotte, NC.

I’d probably pass on this place. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the door to the master bedroom was off the hinges and had 2 big holes in it. Definitely needs help cleaning as coffee table smashed on the back porch, trash left outside, and smell of smoke. TV stand was missing a leg and therefore unsafe. Very loud neighbors with no curtains in home so bright lights came in all night.

Beautiful

Peaceful, easy access to highway, very clean and friendly host. Only down fall was they wanted to charge me extra $50 to check in early and due to cleaning but when we checked in the master bathroom was not clean at all. Hair in sink, floor not swept , shower mat dirty . Other then that it was cool
