Beautiful Cozy Cabin with Mountain & Ski Slope Views

Enjoy a get-away in this fully furnished mountain home located 1/2 mile off of SR-143. Windows and deck off the family room with beautiful views of the mountains, ski-slopes, trees, birds, elk, deer, and other animals. Relax in the family room with fireplace, internet, cable, and Amazon Firestick. Cozy up in the loft with a good book or endless selection of board games. If you want something a little more active, enjoy the separate game room that includes ping pong, fooseball, T.V., and wood burning stove. Plenty of room to hang your snow gear in the heated entry way. Master bedroom with king bed, T.V., and master bath with jet tub and fireplace on first floor; second bedroom with king bed, T.V., and adjacent bathroom also located on the first floor. Upstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bathroom. Upstairs loft area includes a queen bed. Linens and towels are provided. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Dining table seats 6 with room for a few extra and bar height counter seats 4. Large gas grill and 28 inch flat griddle located on deck will make cooking for your group super convenient. Washer and dryer are easy to use for your wet snow gear. 4 fireplaces throughout the house to keep you warm and cozy. Brain Head shuttle pick up for the slopes is a quick 2 min walk to the corner of Adams and Hunter Ridge. Stop L.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this house. The living area was large and comfortable for movie nights. The game room hosted several family ping pong tournaments. The well stocked kitchen was used for all our meals, including a double batch of brownies :) We would love to stay again. Thank you!

Well stock cabin. Perfect for larger groups.

Check in had a little issue due to VRBO app, not owner issue. The app did not display inbox messages. Needed to log into VRBO website to view inbox to obtain door codes. Cabin comes with almost anything you need to prepare your meals. Multiple coffee makers to wafflemakers and crockpots. Extra large baking pans and turkey roasting pans. Frying pans were worn-out, we brought new ones to add to their collection. Owners were very quick to response when we had issue turning off hottub. We did notice debris after use, probably hasn't beed used recently. There were some issues i learned after checking out from the other guests staying with us. Ventilation in upper bedroom trapped all the exhaust from first morning of cooking (resolved by leaving doors open and opening window for fresh air). Dishwasher wasnt functioning properly. Didn't clean that well. We just hand washed the last day. Overall we like the property and will definitely rebook when we go back to Brian Head.

Cozy house with Game Room

Had a great time at this gem of a property. Owners are very available and communication was great! The master bedroom with jacuzzi tub over a fireplace was amazing!!! The game room with ping pong was super fun and had some competitive games for all ages. Would definitely stay here again and we did- this was our second time!

Great stay!

This property was great. It was well equipped with everything we needed. My kids loved feeding the birds (bird seed provided!) and playing all the games. The cabin even had numerous sleds. Kim and Ken were very responsive and check-in was a breeze. A few things to note, the bed in the downstairs guest room was a little uncomfortable. We also found out that shuttle stop "L" moved and the shuttle no longer regularly stops right down the street (although the shuttle driver did agree to drop us off there anyway). All in all still a great rental, worthy of 5 stars!

It was like a Hallmark Christmas card or movie. It was just beautiful inside. Tons of games and things to do. Fireplace was perfect for very cold evenings. Pictures do t so it justice.

Great family stay

We really enjoyed our time staying in this cabin. The cabin met all our needs and then some. We loved being able to walk right outside and play in the snow and go sledding. Our family made some great memories this weekend thanks to this cabin. It was exactly as described and the owners was extremely helpful.

Beautiful Cabin

My family loved this place! Awesome location, fantastic game room, super spacious, clean, great amenities, and comfortable beds. We would LOVE to stay here again next year. Great Bonus: a super quick walk to shuttle stop. Thank you, Kimberly for having us in your cabin. We were beyond thrilled to be there.

Wonderful time!

The house was nothing short of perfect for our Brian Hood stay! It was our first time to the area and we couldn’t have chosen a better house! The owners were so fast to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed. It was so comfortable and well stocked. Highly recommend chains or 4 wheel drive for those coming during winter months, but we were able to manage :)

Best cabin ever

Our annual winter trip to Brianhead never disappoints when we are at this cabin. From the game room, to the fireplace, and all the snow play area outside it’s seriously the best place to stay in Brianhead. The shuttle picks you up just a short walk away, we always enjoy catching up with Bruce (one of the main shuttle drivers) and never have to use our car while in the town. Thank you again to Kim for allowing us to stay at your cabin again see you next year!

Cozy Cabin perfect for families

Great Cabin with perfect location for skiiing at Navajo. Our family loved the living area, fireplace and beautiful views. Kids especially enjoyed the game room w ping pong and fuse ball. Owners were immediately responsive to any questions. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Great place and location

We were very impressed with this house. It was nice and large for our group and was very clean. They even had shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom for use. We were right next to Navajo and just down the street from Giant Steps. It was awesome! The boys stayed occupied in the game room for hours at night. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

The home is better than advertised. It is stocked with everything that we needed. It is very comfortable and our family had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin Retreat

Thank you Kim and Ken for sharing your home with us! The nature is so beautiful and the view from the back porch is amazing. We saw so many animals-deer (which weren't afraid to come close to the house and check us out as well), a porcupine, chipmunks and so many beautiful birds! The owners are very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Escape from the heat

Beautiful home, the kitchen had everything you would need to cook for the family. We played the games that are available with the little ones in our family, and watched movies on the great sized TV in the main family room. The deck was amazing for the evenings and the mornings, just sitting in those cooler temperatures and enjoying the birds and the views, amazing! The bird food so thoughtfully provided did the trick and the Blue Jays visited us regularly. We will definitely book this cabin again, it would be great to see the snow!

Couldn’t be better!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this home. Beautiful, quiet and secluded neighborhood. We came to hike and fish and were able to get to everything we wanted to within an hour or two from the property. There is a nice store to get a few groceries just down the mountain. The home is gorgeous, clean and well stocked. We had more than enough space for our family of 5. The manager was kind, responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough positive comments about this place!

Hiking Getaway

Brian Head was a great central location for our group of six to head out for hiking excursions at Bryce, Zion, Escelante as well as local trails. The cabin is equipped with everything you could need. It is a beautiful, homey cabin with amazing views. Definitely recommend.

Family fun!

Our first time to Brian Head and we can’t wait to go back. The house was cozy and great for families with kids. We appreciated that this house had a mud room. Made it easy with kids after coming in from the snow. We recommend this place for families!

Amazing Cabin!

Housed 9 adults without issue! Plenty of space to relax and spread out. Large game room to hangout in too! Plenty of beds/couches! Very clean and had all the essentials we could’ve needed! Ken and Kim were available at the push of a button too! A quick 5 minute drive to the slopes! Would stay here again 10/10!
