Clean ,comfortable and centrally located! This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath and sofa sleeper sleeps 6 with a large screened in Florida room. A great fenced in yard for your pets, washer and dryer, beach toys and chairs, bicycles and good parking. Only 2 blocks from Ricaltinis, great food and live entertainment, and real close to Stump Pass marina. Completely furnished so grab your clothes and we will see you soon!

really enjoyed the property, loved the location, the mountain bikes were a plus (my husband and I rode the trails at dover park). fenced in yard really helped with our dog. we would stay here again!

quiet and convenient

We had a lovely stay at Aquaholic Vista. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to the beach and to Cool Today Park where we had tickets for a spring training baseball game. The property was easy to access, clean, and comfortable and had all the amenities for outings at the beach, cooking in, and just relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was perfect, just as stated. Used screen porch a lot, fenced yard was great for dog. Great walking trails and restaurants in area. Owners very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended.

Great getaway place

It is a very well kept up place with great beds and comfortable furniture. The lanai area was a great place to relax. The only minor issue was that the indoor table only accommodated two people comfortably. We had 4 adults so we always ate at the lanai table. But overall it was a great value for the price.

Economically Priced Nostalgic Vrbo Rental

If you’re looking for a quiet place, in a nostalgic older retirement type Florida home & neighborhood, this is a great place to stay! A Great fenced in back yard, for pet visitors to roam! It’s away from the hustle & bustle of the beach areas, but only a short drive to several wonderful public beach accesses. Gasparilla Island Park, suggested by the wonderfully helpful property manager, is a must visit for beach lovers! Several nature trails & state & city parks close by, or take a quiet walk around the neighborhood! Braves fans are only 20 minutes away from Cool Today Park! We would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Family stay at Aquaholic

We had a very nice stay at Aquaholic. Our family of four were very comfortable. Easy access over to Manasota Key. Between having a gas grill, two bicycles, and beach chairs, you don’t need much more. We enjoyed the lanai and easy walk over to Ricaltini’s Bar & Grill. Loved it!

Nice location

It was a nice place. The only negative were the vent covers in the floor. We had to wesr shoes so we didn’t get injured on them. Also light on side porch has a short in it. And it would not stay on. No other issues.

A great time to relax

Very happy with location to beaches, grocery store! Very clean for being a pet friendly home. Quiet neighborhood. Seemed a little small for 4 adults.

Close to hiking, golf. Nice place to vacation. I would definitely stay here again, this home was very clean and had everything you might need.

Cute and clean

We were here for my son’s baseball tournament. It was perfect for the few days we were there. The house was very clean and had a cozy feel. We enjoyed taking our dog to the dog beach which was about 20 minutes away when we had time. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you.

Weekend getaway

The owner replied amazingly fast to a question I had when I reserved the house. The house was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc. The house was also very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware, utensils and pots/pans. We found the house to be comfortable and homey and we enjoyed our visit. If we need a house in that area again, this would be one we'd happily stay in again and/or rent from this owner.

Comfy and Cozy

We had a delightful stay at this home. Everything you needed was available...kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, bikes, beach toys and chairs. The lanai was so cozy. And the beach decor was adorable. It was also in a perfect location for shopping, restaurants, walking, biking!! The owner was so sweet and easy to work with. We would highly recommended this home for short or longer vacations!

Very clean, clear checkin process

Great to have all beach supplies available (towels, chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, sand toys) and 2 bikes. (Although tires were low on air so couldn’t ride.) very clean & comfortable. “Yippee” neighbor dog woke me up early every am so no need for alarm clock.

Good location, good price and good stay!

We stayed for almost three weeks on our winter escape. The property is recently renovated and had everything you would reasonably need for a short or extended stay. It looked like the listing and we had no surprises. Full kitchen with cooking stuff for cooking in. Washer and dryer for laundry. 2 good size bedrooms and bathrooms plus the hide-a-bed in the living room. It's close to a main road in a quiet neighborhood. The Englewood area is a quieter section about half way between Ft. Myers and Sarasota. Not so many tourist attractions here, but when you're within 15 minutes of 5 different beach areas, you can't complain. Grocery stores, Wal-Mart and plenty of other shopping near by.

Great place for the price

Overall, this property worked out well for our family. There are some quirks like the bathroom door not opening the whole way and kitchen lighting hanging low (which was challenging for my tall husband) but overall, this was a great spot to stay. We loved the screened in porch and look forward to staying here again. The host was super responsive the one time we contacted her.
