We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Villers-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It features a jacuzzi, has a floor area of 310 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, an open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining room, five beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms. You can also enjoy a garden of around 600 m² as well as a terrace, perfect for spending time with friends or family. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A spacious living room with a TV and sofa.
- A dining area opening onto the kitchen.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine…
- Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- A cinema room/children’s playroom, with board games available.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)

The location of this property means you can enjoy a wide range of activities: walks along the coast, exploring the ‘Vaches Noires’ cliffs and the Greenwich Meridian, a visit to the Paléospace museum, swimming, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, boules, paragliding, water sports centre, swimming…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in a private car park with space for two vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Regular bus services run from Paris to Deauville, as well as from Deauville to Villers-Sur-Mer, with a passenger stop behind the residence.
- Train from Paris Montparnasse to Deauville.
- Regular services from Deauville station to Villers-sur-Mer.
- Villers-sur-Mer station is about a 22-minute walk or a 4-minute drive away, whilst Houlgate station is about a 13-minute drive away.
- Le Havre-Octeville Airport is approximately 50 minutes’ drive away.

Other notes:
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is fitted with anti-intrusion security devices (alarms and motion detectors). These devices are not cameras.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Pets are not permitted in the property.
- The pool table is for adults only.
- As the gas for the barbecue is provided by the rental, guests are asked to clean it thoroughly afterwards.
- Air conditioning is available on the second floor only.
- The heating can only be adjusted via the owner’s telephone. Please ask the property manager for any changes.
- The garage can be used to store bicycles.
- The property is fitted with motion-detector sensors, which are not activated during stays.
- The fastenings on the hot tub cover are fragile and must only be opened by adults. In the event of breakage, the fastening will be charged for.
- If the set of keys and the gate remote control are lost, a deposit will be retained.
- A gardener will visit every two weeks on weekdays, working for approximately two hours on each visit.
- The owners shall not be held liable for any technical issues, but undertake to provide solutions where necessary.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
