Harbour Oaks 316 is a fully renovated condo in the closest condo complex to Pier Village—the end. Behind a gated, tree-lined community lies everything the Village has to offer just a short walk away. Inside, the vibe is calm, smart, and quietly updated: new floors, stainless appliances, local art, and furniture that doesn’t feel like it came free with the unit. The private balcony overlooks a moss-draped lagoon, and the whole layout is filled with natural light. There’s streaming TV, fast WiFi, and a sleeper sofa that doesn’t feel like medieval punishment.
