This apartment was awesome for our 5 day stay. It is conveniently located to everything we needed. Grocery, night life, beaches and business. Would definitely be a go to the next time we need to come back to St. Petersburg

Perfect for our needs

Great location in relation to family we were visiting. All our requirements were satisfied…clean place to sleep and bathe. Parking was easy and entering house was easy with code. Our only complaint was the noise from traffic and activity outside. We will definitely consider this place again for future visits.

nice place

the property is all what we needed. We stayed for 4 nights/5days with our two little dogs. The location is great, I like it where it has a private fenced in backyard and private parking, few minutes drive from the beach, clean area/house, big plus that it has a kitchen so we can cook whenever we wanted to and a washer and dryer also. Love it and will definitely come back and stay hopefully on our next visit to St. Petersburg Florida.Thank you also to the host who was very easy to get up with when we needed something.

Perfect retreat

This cozy, bright, and welcoming space was exactly what I needed during my stay in St. Pete. I was traveling with my dog, and we both felt comfortable and right at home. The place had everything I needed, from thoughtful touches to practical amenities, and the bed was absolutely perfect—super comfortable and restful. The location was ideal with easy access to great food and shopping, and as a runner, I loved being able to head out for beautiful morning jogs each day. I’d happily stay here again.

Exactly as promised

Actually there was a surprise. The bed linens and mattress exceeded expectation. Crisp high quality sheets and ergonomic pillows! Can’t beat the location in Kenwood. I’ve stayed here before which says something.

Centrally located with easy parking

This was a nice, spacious 1-bedroom apartment that's fairly close to downtown. There are some great restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Also, the dedicated parking spot in the back was very convenient. The bed was comfortable. The only potential downside is that it's next to a main road, so you can hear noise from the road at night sometimes, but it does eventually quiet down. I would definitely stay here again.

Attractive and comfortable

This property is very attractively decorated, spacious, and comfortable (good bed, appropriate furniture, etc. The location is mixed—in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to good restaurants and museums, but when the side street is busy it can get noisy.

Nice space near downtown which is why I've stayed here multiple times.

The space is perfect for up to four people—a lovely patio for sitting outside.

Perfect St. Pete Location

This was in such a great spot with access to some local, original restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and easy walking distance to Tropicana Field. Loved it and had a great experience!

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay!

We enjoyed our restful stay at this property. It was perfectly situated in a very safe and walkable area close to many restaurants and breweries. The bed was comfortable and the home was clean. Thank you for a great stay, we would love to return!

The listing was very deceiving. Unfortunately the noise level was unbearable . The side of the residence faces a four lane highway just about 25’ away from the property line. The SpeedLimit was 35 but drivers would easily drive 55 and up. I was really looking forward to winding down which was impossible. The headboard of the bed backs to the wall facing the road which made it even worse. It was nearly impossible to open a window for fresh air because of the circumstances. There were also issues with the Internet and both televisions. I personally do not watch television but I thought I would turn the TV on as a buffer the noise but there were issues. Most off of the channels required a membership which I did not have and the Internet was down more often than not. There were no toiletries except for a bar of soap. No shampoo, toothpaste or other basic essentials. In all I would not recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful place to wind down and enjoy yourself. Don’t be fooled by photos because you will easily be disappointed

Clean and convenient

We loved the location. We walked to numerous restaurants and cafes, most were dog friendly. The rental had everything (and more) we needed.

great accommodations

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in St Petersburg. It met all of our expectations. My husband especially liked that parking was behind the building and that entry was on the side of the building.
