The property was very clean and nice. It was in a great location, we enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation is the patio is a bit overgrown which made it a bit difficult to go in and out multiple times a day.

Place was cute.. the process of getting into the place was a little tricky.. but once I figured it out.. all good! Close to the historic district where we were.. could park and walk! Lots of great places to see, eat, drink, shopping.. and could walk the whole time! So glad we stayed here!

We wanted a place close to Tropicana field and this was definitely the place. The location was perfect! Go Rays! They won all three games that we attended!!We also have two small dogs and it was pet friendly, and on a nice street with sidewalks for morning and evening walks.It does back up to a busy road so at times it was noisy, but overall fine.The host, Kelly was very accommodating and available.This place has everything you need to make your trip comfortable.We spent three nights and had a great stay!

It was the perfect location for our needs. The bus loop for the downtown was close. The area has close restaurant and bars. We didn't bring our dog but hope to next time. 2 great bars walking distance that have dog parks. Perfect for going to Vinoy park driving 10 minutes or taking the loop bus to meet event shuttle.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was close to restaurants and local craft breweries all within walking distance. Was sunny but chilly during our stay so we enjoyed the privacy of the backyard fencing that made it very comfortable to relax.

Location was ideal for exploring Saint Pete's. Literally across the road from the Imagine Museum, lime scooters only 1 block over for pick up and drop off. A few blpcks away from Tropicana field. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Parking is easy to get in and out of. Central Ave is around the corner and full of avant garde shops, eateries and fun things to check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as I expected and the entire please was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location with brief walks in any direction to find fun things to do and good food! Needed to get some info from the host pertaning to my stay...asked the question and had my answer within minutes! Perfect host communication!!!

We had a delightful stay at this airy, immaculate cottage. The living room was a relaxing space for TV viewing with plenty of seating. The bedroom had the most comfortable king-size bed we have experienced in a rental. Our host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was seamless. The location was perfect for accessing the vibrant downtown area and pier. We would definitely book this cottage again when we return to St. Petersburg.

This apartment was awesome for our 5 day stay. It is conveniently located to everything we needed. Grocery, night life, beaches and business. Would definitely be a go to the next time we need to come back to St. Petersburg

I reached out to the host for a few things and she was very prompt in replying. Due to a flight issue, we came in two days later than expected. She was gracious and let us add a night at the end as she did not have a booking. Later in the week, a car issue caused some problems and I reached out to see if we could stay another night. She was so accommodating. We did not end up needing to do that but the option was there for us. Highly recommend. Great location. Apartment is clean and as pictured. It was perfect for us. We would stay there again!

Our host, Kelly, was very helpful and always available. The property was as advertised and what and where we wanted.The only issue was that our flight was delayed and we arrived much later (and in the dark) than we planned. The directions were accurate but not the best for arriving late at night. Maybe some additional detail would help.

Awesome location, off the busier streets but still very central location. Nice to have the designated parking space. Several other rental options did not have as good a parking situation and I'm really glad we ended up here going in and out frequently.

Nice space near downtown which is why I've stayed here multiple times.

The space is perfect for up to four people—a lovely patio for sitting outside.

Enjoyable Stay

Very comfortable accommodations at a reasonable cost. Within walking distance of numerous coffee shops, restaurants, museums, retail shops, and the downtown area.

Perfect for our needs

Great location in relation to family we were visiting. All our requirements were satisfied…clean place to sleep and bathe. Parking was easy and entering house was easy with code. Our only complaint was the noise from traffic and activity outside. We will definitely consider this place again for future visits.
