Perfect location

My friend and I had a great stay. No complaints. The location was perfect, close to downtown. Check in process was extremely easy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

We had a great time! The location is very close to many breweries and restaurants. We brought bikes so it was an easy ride to downtown. The private fenced backyard was great along with ample parking. Overall, it was a great stay!

Fantastic place and a great location!

The rental was great. A lot of space with a cool backyard area. The living area is as described and was a really nice fit. The location is supreme. You right by downtown and can walk to central avenue from there. I'd definitely recommend to anyone checking out Saint Petersburg.

Great St Pete Bungalow

Cute property, great neighborhood and location. Loved the courtyard seating. Really appreciated the kurig coffee pods and on site laundry. Had everything we needed.

Great location, close to restaurants, breweries, stadium and downtown. Great for our needs as family member had surgery at the hospital. Relatively quiet area.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at here in St. Petersburg. The location was fabulous - we were able to walk to so many restaurants, bars etc. The home was clean and perfect for the 2 of us. We loved the private backyard to sit and read and relax. I would recommend this place.

Great place

We were in St. Pete's for a reggae festival. We booked 6 nights. Communication with host and property manager was great. It was a good location for what we wanted to do - we could walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc. Ubering was convenient. The place itself was perfect, plenty of room for the two of us, very clean. I would definitely recommend!

LOVE this little duplex!

This property was perfect for a long weekend stay in St. Pete. I loved the proximity to so many cute restaurants and bars. The little fenced-in garden out back was so nice. Also, really appreciated that it had off street parking. The property owners were very easy to communicate with and super accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

Fun location

So much to do in St Pete. Located within walking distance of so much and the downtown area/pier. We chose to walk most days but plenty of bikes and scooters to get around the area. The place was very nice, located in the historic district. We brought our dog and he very much enjoyed his time as well. We would def visit again!

Sweet location

Great central location. Walk to many restaurants and bars. Close walk to one of many scooter/ bike stations. Nice private back patio. Nice front yard area. Good layout. Very nice owner . My Great Dane and I would stay again.

Easy and clean

This is a great location near Grand Central in St Petersburg. The property is very clean and well set up. Communication with the property manager is timely, comprehensive, and easy. This is our second stay at the property and we plan to return. Highly recommend.

Crisp stay.

Everything was great as I expected from my stay last year. Only one issue was refrigerator was not cold enough too really keep things fresh.

lovely apartment in convenient area

this is a beautiful apartment with lots of storage space for your things (lots of dresser drawers). The kitchen needs a little updating- stove and lighting over the sink- but it was serviceable. The manager was very attentive to difficulties with the door lock and that should be resolved soon, I think.Overall, I had a great stay.

Comfy and clean

My husband, pet dog and I enjoyed this accommodation for our three days in St Petersburg. The neighborhood is nice for walking and it was convenient for each of our planned visits to family, shopping and movies - very easy access to interstate. The apartment was exceptionally clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We would choose this place again.
