Great place

We were in St. Pete's for a reggae festival. We booked 6 nights. Communication with host and property manager was great. It was a good location for what we wanted to do - we could walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc. Ubering was convenient. The place itself was perfect, plenty of room for the two of us, very clean. I would definitely recommend!

lovely apartment in convenient area

this is a beautiful apartment with lots of storage space for your things (lots of dresser drawers). The kitchen needs a little updating- stove and lighting over the sink- but it was serviceable. The manager was very attentive to difficulties with the door lock and that should be resolved soon, I think.Overall, I had a great stay.

Fantastic place and a great location!

The rental was great. A lot of space with a cool backyard area. The living area is as described and was a really nice fit. The location is supreme. You right by downtown and can walk to central avenue from there. I'd definitely recommend to anyone checking out Saint Petersburg.

Perfect location!

We had a great time! The location is very close to many breweries and restaurants. We brought bikes so it was an easy ride to downtown. The private fenced backyard was great along with ample parking. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great location, close to restaurants, breweries, stadium and downtown. Great for our needs as family member had surgery at the hospital. Relatively quiet area.

Great St Pete Bungalow

Cute property, great neighborhood and location. Loved the courtyard seating. Really appreciated the kurig coffee pods and on site laundry. Had everything we needed.

Great location, property is OK

This is a wonderful location for St. Petes. Close to a very fun downtown area, lots of bars, restaurants, coffee places, breweries. Safe neighborhood.It would not take much to fix this property though. Right when you walk in, the outdoor furniture has enormous holes in it and looks terrible. When you go inside, the cable for both tvs dont work, some of the outlets don't work, and there's no laundry in the room. The pillows are awful. And really, there is only one bed. the "second bed" is an extremely small futon, which would not fit anyone over 5 feet tall. I was very disappointed overall with the quality of the property and will not be staying here again.

Easy and clean

This is a great location near Grand Central in St Petersburg. The property is very clean and well set up. Communication with the property manager is timely, comprehensive, and easy. This is our second stay at the property and we plan to return. Highly recommend.

LOVE this little duplex!

This property was perfect for a long weekend stay in St. Pete. I loved the proximity to so many cute restaurants and bars. The little fenced-in garden out back was so nice. Also, really appreciated that it had off street parking. The property owners were very easy to communicate with and super accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

Comfy and clean

My husband, pet dog and I enjoyed this accommodation for our three days in St Petersburg. The neighborhood is nice for walking and it was convenient for each of our planned visits to family, shopping and movies - very easy access to interstate. The apartment was exceptionally clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We would choose this place again.

Enjoyable Residence

Overall, we were very satisfied with the home. It was tastefully decorated and clean. The location is excellent. A short ride downtown to the pier or in the opposite direction to the beaches. The highway is easy to access for traveling around to other towns and the closeness to Central Ave is great. The property is well kept. Could use a new patio table and chairs in the backyard and better lighting in the kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Great central stay

My husband and I and our labradoodle stayed here for one week. It was a super convenient location in central St Pete with many restaurants, coffeeshops, breweries etc within walking distance. The private courtyard was a nice place for a morning coffee and let the dog out, as it is very safe and secure. The property was exactly as advertised and had all the basic requirements provided, including working Wi-Fi and TV. The property manager, Kelly, was very communicative and attentive. Would highly recommend.
