This two bedroom, two bath, first floor flat has three TVs, private garage, sleeper sofa, and is fully furnished for your Florida vacation. The recently updated unit is beautifully attired for a relaxing, fun, beach vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private patio facing the lagoon. Spring Break at St Augustine Beach

This was a perfect place for our family. My husband and I spent the days at the beach while the teens went back and forth to the pool and beach. We used the little kitchen for breakfast and lunch. They had what we needed for those meals. The Winn Dixie was convenient. Dinner restaurants were all close by. We went into the city a few times and it was about 20 minutes. We took an uber once and it was only 20. I would totally come back and stay here again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Quaint, Spacious, & Comfortable

First floor entrance with 2 queen beds in the second bedroom made this condo REALLY comfortable for our family of 5. Even though it is right next to pool, it was very quiet and if we had usedb the pool, it would have been very convenient. Great location on A1A, near the Publix, restaurants, and beach shopping. We enjoyed the walking distance to great coffee shops for a great morning walk. Condo is very clean and nicely decorated.

Family Reunion

Excellent location! Updated unit, very clean. Just need to new beach towel, umbrellas all broken and beach wagon. Loved having washer and dryer in unit. If you can add some Tupperware so you can take food to the beach. Will be re-booking soon.

Wildlife on the lagoon was an unexpected treat!

Plus, the beach was easily accessible even for our 4-year-old granddaughter. Very comfortable living room furniture and a clean space — good place to stay!

Sooo peaceful!!!

It was great! Needed some quiet time. The condos have a water lagoon right in back yard. Its not for playing in but the wildlife sure enjoyed it. I cant really put into words the calmness that i found there. Much needed. Well worth the drive. Beautiful place close enough to everything.

Perfect!

What a wonderful space! The condo was clean, spacious, well-equipped to accommodate our desire to combine both work and play. Couches and bed were so comfortable (and I'm picky about bed comfort) and waking up to the beautiful canal view every morning was a dream. Location could not be better...we walked the beach every night and to local restaurants. Hosts Frank and Lucy were wonderful and helpful as we were getting settled in. Would not hesitate to book again. Wonderful!

Nice Sea Winds Condo

We had a great time at the beach! The complex is clean and well taken care of, we did not use the pool but it looked nice also. Frank is a very attentive host, for example: the living room tv went out one evening and Frank arranged for a new tv to be delivered and set up the very next morning! The furniture is in good condition and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and very clean.

Great location, short walk to beach and short drive to shopping and activities. Very clean and comfortable condo. 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom is great. Beach chairs and umbrella was a definite plus! Would suggest instructions for TV’s since there was 4-5 remotes for each TV. Bathtub was missing the drain plug. Overall a great place to stay and would stay here again.

Fantastic Condo

This condo is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you'd want/need. It was a short, easy 15 minute ride to Old St Augustine and close to many nice restaurants. Although the closest condo to the road and pool, we never heard traffic and the walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes. It was also nice being conveniently located near Publix (grocery store). The host kept us informed and check-in was easy. Highly recommend this condo.

First family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Sea Winds in St Augustine. Frank and Lucy were so accommodating and always responded quickly to all my questions prior to our trip. The complex is very quiet. The condo was so nice and clean. Master bedroom has a nice large king size bed. Guest room had 2 queens that my children slept on comfortably. Lovely patio where we enjoyed coffee and breakfast each morning while watching the turtles swim in the lagoon. Short walk to the beach. My children had a great time. We wished the pool had have been opened but understand that was out of anyones control. We will certainly stay here again in the future!

Nice place to visit and stay.

The stay was excellent. Easy beach access. The condo was ready when we arrived. It was clean. Any communication with the owner was prompt and courteous.
