We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, smelled great, is tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The location was perfect and close to everything! Great for a weekend stay with our two teenage boys while we were in town for a concert. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We traveled from Jacksonville, FL for my Niece's wedding on the weekend. The owner was very polite & friendly, Communication was open & responsive. Apartment was cleaning & very comfortable. Only a few miles from my Brother's house which made it easy to go & visit. Definitely would stay again & highly recommend this place if visiting Cincinnati.

Perfect stay!

Was in town to visit my daughter for the holiday weekend. Could not have asked for a better experience!! Your place was in a perfect location near campus so there was a lot in walking distance. The amenities you provided were thoughtful and your place was spotless when we arrived. Off street parking was an added bonus!

Near U.C., Kroger and night life

Pleasant comfortable apartment with kitchen, Keurig, smart TV and off-street designated parking spot. Noisy neighborhood, wandering loud drunks late at night, but earplugs mostly blocked them out.

Excellent property

We had a great experience as a family of five with three small kids. It was so nice to have separate rooms for 2/3 the price of a hotel. The small details the host provided were appreciated and the location of the apartment is great. We could easily and quickly make it to the Reds game, the Children’s Museum and the Newport Aquarium from the property. Having a Kroger and restaurants right around the corner was also nice. Easy to access the apartment and the reserved space were also great. We’re likely to return if we head that way again!

Not what was described

Originally this was listed as a three bedroom and it was not. It was a two bedroom with pull out sofa. It was very misleading as the owner kept saying I was the only one who ever had an issue with this. I could’ve got an actual three bedroom cheaper one block away but couldn’t get a refund to do so. On a positive the place was clean except the floor turned our white socks dirty very quickly. Parking is tight off the street but it is NOISY. The trash ran at 2am and again at 7:30 am and you could here EVERYTHING going on outside. The beds were comfortable.

I had a discussion with this guest about the 3 beds. It was not intentionally to mislead anyone. I stated this to her several times. I immediately went online and corrected the problem and stated to her that I did. I never had a problem with this with other guest. I was a honest mistake and she stated she already paid so she will stay. Again, it is corrected and something is the ad does state only 2 bedroom and sofa sleeper and I pointed that out to her as well.
