We offer you this charming apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, less than 1 km from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a surface area of 55 m², and accommodating up to 6 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the apartment features a 20 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Cleaning is included, and 4-star hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, and tea towels) is provided, with beds made upon arrival.

The Apartment Layout:
• Living room (20 m²) with TV and sofa bed
• Fully equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and Nespresso coffee machine
• Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160×200)

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a pleasant neighborhood. Nearby, you’ll find essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the local market all within walking distance.

If you’re arriving by car, paid public parking is available on the street and along the ramparts.

Lovely stay in the heart of St. Malo

We so enjoyed staying here - clean, modern, airy and SO very convenient! We had everything we needed in the apt. The only inconvienience was three flights of stairs - I, an older woman, found climbing with a suitcase a good workout. I'd come back here in an instant!

Spectacular in St. Malo

We absolutely loved our experience in this clean, lovely, well-appointed apartment. Terrific location in St. Malo with beautiful street views. The apartment had everything one could need and was very cozy. Excellent communication and reception from the management. Honestly, cannot wait to visit again. Nous avons aimes notre visite dans cet appartement – il est tout beau, tout propre, tres bien situe. Communication et reception parfait, nous souhaitons revenir :)

L'Ile aux Mouettes Apartment was wonderful in the center of the walled-city of St. Malo. It was perfectly clean and everything we needed was there to cook (which we did with all the wonderful local products). We enjoyed the evenings on the balcony watching the comings and going’s in town. Communication was quick and very good if we had any questions & we also got good local recommendations. There are street noises in the morning if the windows are open but if you close the shutters they are not audible. My favorite things were the views from every window and that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach and pool - so beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great stay in St Malo!!

Nice and great location

The apartment was as described,very clean and functional. It was a pleasure to stay there. There were some minor things missing, detergent for clothes, information in English on the functions of metal window drapes (we almost broke then due to not being able to read a notice in French left on the window sill). Coffee machine was broken. Despite these, I want to emphasize the multible good points of the apartment. Very good beds, very little noise from the streel, although there was a music festival going on. Location perfect. A lot of stairs to be climbed, this might not work for everybody. All in all, it can be recommended and I'd love to stay there again.

L'Ile aux Mouettes "On a adoré le séjour, mais on aurait aimé un peu plus de calme la nuit / au réveil ! 🙂 Très bien situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville 🙁 C’est très bruyant car les chambres donnent sur la rue qui reste animée très tard et les livraisons se font à l’aube… pas idéal car les fenêtres ont beau être de bonne qualité, c’est très compliqué de dormir ! Pas d’ascenseur : au 3ème avec du coup escalier… pas ideal quand on a une grosse valise. Au-dessus de bar / restaurant : du coup il y a des odeurs de cuisine pas toujours top."

L'Ile aux Mouettes "Room with a view 🙂 Die Fewo liegt zentral in der Stadt.Man konnte kurz anhalten um das Auto auszuladen und es gab Tipps fürs Parken , Müllentsorgung und wann Ebbe und Flut sind sowie Tipps fürs Austern Essen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet um zu Frühstücken oder Essen zu kochen. Es gibt eine Nespresso und Filterkaffeemaschine. Falls gewaschen werden muss ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.Die Betten sind super bequem und wer möchte kann auf dem kleinen Balkon dem Treiben auf der Straße zusehen. 🙁 Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stockwerk ohne Aufzug.Für uns kein Problem aber für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oderMenschen die schlecht zu Fuß sind evtl doch. Es riecht immer nach Pizza! (Pizzeria sehr zu empfehlen)und der einzige Grund weshalb ich nicht mehr buchen würde ist der Lärm von der Straße. Die Fenster halten nicht genug Lärm ab und es dröhnt morgens früh bis Abends spät in die Schlafzimmer. Trotz Ohropax gab es kaum Schlaf."

St Malo zentral

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage intra muros. Schnelle Wege zu den Stränden, der Stadtmauer, auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind perfekt zu erreichen. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, also für Selbstversorger geeignet. Günstig auch für Zugreisende, 20 Min. zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zum gare St Malo.
