The Cocoonr agency offers this lovely 73 m² apartment for rent, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a small building, accommodating up to 7 guests. It features a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Cleaning is included in the rental, and you will be provided with high-quality 4-star hotel linens (bed sheets, towels, dishcloths). Your bed will be made upon arrival.

Self check-in: Retrieve the keys from a Keycafé box at 450 m from the train station (30 min walk or 5 min by car). Closest bus stop to the Keycafé: Sécurité Sociale (Lines 2 & 8). Line 8 also stops at Solidor, the closest stop to the apartment.

In-person check-in: A Cocoonr team member will welcome you at the apartment, show you around, and hand over the keys.

The apartment is excellent: great views, well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The checkin experience was really helpful. It was so nice to be met by someone rather than just pick up a key.The only downside is the noise and music from the adjoining bar which goes on all day and through till 1-2am. It can be very disturbing particularly at weekends.

Le Zénith "Excellent apartment with fantastic view, but need to pay attention for a few points. 🙂 A stylishly decorated, well-equipped and spotlessly clean apartment with excellent sea view. Probably one of the best apartments I've stayed. In case you travel by car, there are plenty of free parking on the street. 🙁 It's next to a pub which open till late. If you are a light sleeper and go to bed early, you should avoid this place as the apartment is not sound proof. I am also a bit disappointed to have been asked to clean all the rubbish and discard them at the waste collection point when I check out. It's well communicated when I checked in, but I never experienced situation like this."

Lage ideal, Nähe kleine Buchten und Strände, alles zu Fuss oder per Bus erreichbar. Bis Intramuros ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Minuspunkt: sehr laut abends, da Ausgangsbars darunter und viele junge Leute. Wohnung war zwar sauber, mussten aber ca. 2 Stunden selber investieren, um Boden zu reinigen und abstauben bzw. staubsaugen (Schränke innen und Oberflächen, Stühle und Sofa mit Brotresten).

The apartment was very stylish and beautifully furnished 🙁 We read the reviews about the noise but were not quite prepared for how loud it was! The sound from the bar next door and the restaurant downstairs was too much. Even with the windows closed it was too loud and prevented us from sleeping - especially on a Saturday night when there was a live band at the bar until 1. Having to have the windows closed because of the noise meant the flat was too hot. If you don’t mind the noise this is a great spot, but for us with a young family it was not good."

Le Zénith Sehr sehr schöne und helle Wohnung mit aussergewöhnlich schöner Sicht auf das Meer und die Bucht. Grosszügige Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche und zweckmässiges Badezimmer mit separatem WC. Die Lage ist in jeder Hinsicht einzigartig. Es hat einige gute Restaurants in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Backereien sind rund 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Es befinden sich einige gute Restaurants, Crêperien und Bars in direkter Nachbarschaft. Dies ist einerseits sehr angenehm und andererseits ist es nachts doch recht lange recht laut. Für uns passte es so, allerdings für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern wäre dies nicht ideal. Die Kommunikation mit der Agence war sehr professionell und angenehm.
