Arty - Nice studio place Valmy

Two-minutes walk to place Valmy and its market, shops and transports (metro line D and buses), this beautiful and well equipped 31 m², nicely decorated studio is situated on the 2nd floor without elevator of a secured property.

The studio comes with a lovely living room with its fully equipped kitchenette to cook without effort during your stay. You will find a nice couch with an HD TV with a sofa bed, and a comfortable double bed. You will enjoy a large bathroom too with a nice shower and toilets.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, microwave...).
Sheets and towels are included.

Into the apartment, you will have access to the Traveller's Guide which contains all necessary information for a best stay (WIFI code, notices, restaurants we recommend...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartment's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
