Enjoy Gulf Beach Views and Breezes from your own private deck or swim in the Gulf of Mexico a few steps from your 1 bedroom plus den/ 1 bathroom, with a full kitchen. Deck area has a sitting area, eating area, and a grill. Privacy for all through separate access to bathroom. Laundry room shared with unit below.

Early Check-in/Late Check out available for a fee.

Rates and Availability are subject to change until reservation is completed. A deposit must be received in order to reserve the dates you desire.

Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval. Any unauthorized pets=25%surcharge
Traveler must provide photo ID and guest list

Owner is not responsible for events beyond our control, ie: inclement weather, storms, evacuations, etc. Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites (Red Sky Travel Insurance, www.SquareMouth.com, etc.)

Awesome place we can’t wait to go back. It was so clean. The view is amazing. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about other than not being able to stay long enough. This was by far the easiest check-in of any place that we have stayed.

Excellent beach getaway!

Very clean, fully stocked. Loved the golf cart and beach toys, even had a full ezup with weights. Great locations across from the beach, close to the bay, close to trolly stop. Comfortable bed and clean linens. Air conditioner worked great as well.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed staying at Surf’s Up. Everything you could need really and every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen is neatly labeled. The gulf cart is a nice addition and seemed to be brand new. We used it to run to Publix which is quite close. The view from the deck is amazing and you can’t beat the convenience of simply walking across the street for beach access. We did encounter a couple of issues when we checked in but Adam’s dad came to take care of both items. Thank you again Adam and Adam’s dad!

Birthday getaway

This place was absolutely wonderful. Just what we needed for a nice quiet long weekend. The only problem we had was the plumbing is older and the shower was very temperamental. The hot water was intermittent. Also the toilet didn’t really flush well. But this is an older place and it is absolutely amazing.

Perfect location! Golf Cart 👍

Cozy, great location. Street not too busy, a few steps to the beach, and short drive for eating/ shopping. We were in Surf’s Up-top unit and no one stayed below us, it was perfect! Golf cart was the biggest highlight. We drove all over Anna Maria Island and the battery was still half charged.

Great location and super nice golf cart

Great place. Sitting on deck in the evening was nice. Golf cart was amazing nicest golf cart we've ever been on. The beach items he had for use were great - ice chest, bikes, floats, chairs, unbrellas, pool noodles even a shade tent.The host Adam was great to work with!

Can’t beat the location & Amenities!

Thoroughly enjoyed Surf’s Up. Perfect for our mother/daughter getaway: things we loved: you can see the beach and water from the unit, access to the beach is directly across the street, so easy. Use of golf cart was included and so much fun to explore the island. Also use of beach wagon and chairs was a bonus. Roof top deck is great and bed inside was comfortable. Great time!

What a Great Spot!

My husband and I stayed at Surfs Up at the end of May, 2024. We loved it! The unit is as advertised and has a fantastic location. The beach directly across the street (which is visible from the deck and living room) is absolutely gorgeous. We spent the late afternoon there enjoying the setting sun, which was just spectacular. The unit itself was perfect for the two of us as it allowed my husband to watch TV in the living room and me to lie in bed reading with the door closed, undisturbed. The deck is a great spot with a beautiful view. It is off a rather main road, so you will hear some cars going by, but it was not something that I found disruptive. Having the golf cart included was a major plus as we flew down from NJ and did not have a car. For anyone who has not been to AMI: the island is easily navigated end to end by golf cart. We had a great stay and would love to go back!

Just what we needed.

Property was exactly as listed. Very cute! Perfect for my 18 year old daughter and I. Still could see water from across the street. Heavy traffic on road but to be expected in the busy season. Had ALL the stuff we needed for the beach and the golf cart made the trip. We did some cooking, appliances could use a little updating, but got the job done.

The only thing i would change is the shower. Its very confusing to use. But other that no complaints. This is our second time using this home. Love it!

Anniversary trip

My husband and I rented for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had a great time! The place was stunning and exactly as show. The only issue we had was the front left burner of the stove did not work but that didn’t stop us from having a blast! We will be renting again 😂

Location was perfect!

We stayed on the upper level & absolutely loved the view of the ocean from the deck. We enjoyed our morning coffee and wine in the evening at sunset on the deck. Very clean, grill & hot tub included along with a golf cart so we didn’t’ rent a car-could go all over the island in golf cart or free trolley, which was steps away. On a pretty busy main drive up and down the island, but that didn’t bother us. We’d return again! Karen & Tom R.

Great view

Anna Maria island is a beautiful area to explore. Food and beaches and biking I highly recommend. The property is located across the street from the beach, which was ideal. Although the road is very busy, it’s hard to sit out on the nice deck that they have. The kitchen has everything you would need..enjoyed.

Surfs up is fabulous

We loved our short stay in spite of it being unusually cold. We made the best of it. Explored the island, top to bottom and the location could not have been better. The bed was extremely comfortable and the private deck was peaceful and great for relaxing. Everything worked out great and we hope to return in April.

Great location, golf carts +++ seat belts need fixing. Cool vibe house. Hot water was irregular needs to be addressed. House was well equiped with everything you need for a fun time. Overall we had a great time at. The house, would book again.

So lovely

We had a fantastic stay! Loved driving the golf cart around and walking over to the beach each day. The hot tub was great to have, especially since our visit was a bit chilly. Our space was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. If you're in Anna Maria Island, don't miss The Fox Mercantile. Such a cute spot with great coffee!

Fantastic

The rental was perfect for our pre-holiday decompression. The owner went above and beyond, picking my gf and I up, after we got stranded in the golf cart (which was our fault - turn it all the way off when not in use! :)) Would definitely return and recommend.
