The property is beach front so we enjoyed the convenience of walking out the door to the beach. The stairs to our 2nd floor not are steep and may be an issue for older adults. The sheets and towel were clean but are showing wear and should be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and functional and we appreciated the shampoo, soaps, and little extras provided by Gulf Rentals. I would return to this property and I would recommend it to friends and family.

It is exactly as described. The building is older, but very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to replace the chairs on the porch with ones like the blue and white ones the neighbor has, they are much more comfortable. It was wonderful sitting out there in the shade of the tree eating dinner and watching the sunset right there!

The room was clean and comfy. the view from the balcony was the best view we have found in our 10 years of beach trips. We watched lots of dolphins and one manatee swim by from balcony. We also witnessed several turtle nests hatch out and the little critters make their way into the ocean. Literally step off of the patio and your feet are in the sand. Just what we were looking for.

Our host that we were in contact with was very accommodating and helpful, responding to us very quickly when contacted. We also loved the location, just steps to the beach and situated close to everything on the island. The facility was clean, nice to stay in and neighbors were friendly. It was nice and quiet at night and in the early morning. Overall an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again.
