L'Effet Mer - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Richardais to the doors of Dinard, this charming studio with sight sea, with less than 500 meters of the beach, of a surface of 20 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy the view and the sea air. Sheets and towels not provided, available in option. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, double sofa bed, double bed (140×190) in mezzanine, and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, hood, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Exterior:
- A balcony of about 3 m², facing South/East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in La Richardais, at the gates of Dinard, in the residence "Les Balcons de la Rance", you can access the center of Dinard and enjoy the beaches in less than 5mn, in a very pleasant environment. The Rance dam is 3 minutes away and ST Malo Intra Muros is 15 minutes away. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Dinard, a charming little town located on the Emerald Coast, is one of the oldest seaside resorts in France. It is a well-known and famous destination, but Dinard has kept its authenticity and the beauty of its landscapes intact.
Don't miss the great beach of Saint Enogat, offering you the possibility to enjoy many activities: mini golf, beach club, sailing school, restaurants... If you are looking for a more private place, the city is full of small sheltered coves.
You can admire the sunset while strolling along the mythical Promenade du Clair de Lune, browse the local markets in search of the famous typical dishes of the region or board one of the shuttles to the Channel Islands that you may have noticed in the distance from the promenade.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking lot with a numbered space (25) that can accommodate 1 vehicle.

As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station located at about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located about 7 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Stairs to the mezzanine bed.
- Bed linen and towels are not included, can be requested in advance as an option (20€).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you (or in supplement on the spot at the rate of 50€).
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
