Completely renovated in July 2020, it is located a few meters from the VOLTAIRE Metro, line number 9: Direct line to go to the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées, Les Grands Boulevard (stores) and Place de la République (Only 3 stations, 10 minutes).

It is an English-style flexible: It is an apartment on two floors, the lower level of which consists of a fitted basement with a bathroom and a fully equipped open kitchen.

Very well insulated, ideal for resting after a day of walking in Paris, you will sleep like a baby.

Here, in this commercial destination, the flexiblex offers a part on the ground floor, with a bay window and an opening via a tilt-and-turn and a part in the basement ventilated by a mechanical system.
This apartment benefits from a very high speed WIFI connection (optical fiber) and an Air Conditioning system,
There is a laundromat (laundromats) less than 5 minutes walk from the building, on rue Pétion.

Nice apt at a good price

The check-in was smooth and informative. When booking, I didn’t realize the kitchen, bathroom and smalller sleeping were in the basement. The apartment was clean and compact. It was a bit damp and cold but otherwise comfortable. It had all we required for our short stay.

Location great, bathroom stank

Everything was great about this place except one thing.. Let’s start with the pros: -great location, metro close by, so many bakeries and restaurants, grocery store just around the corner. -communication was wonderful. Checkin was a breeze. -upstairs bed was super comfy and spacious for two people. Bedding was decent. Honestly, this is ideal for two people. Having the basement be the kitchen and bathroom wouldn’t have been bad if our friend hadn’t have had to sleep down there. The smell from the bathroom was really awful. There was supposedly a fan system, but it was not sufficient. There was nowhere for the humidity and bathroom smells to go. It just sat in there and got progressively worse through our stay. Overall we would stay here again if it was just two of us.

Das Appartement hatte alles, was wir brauchten! Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war gut organisiert und ausgesprochen freundlich! Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder :-)
