Our host was very helpful and the place was such a good value. If you are looking for luxury… this is not the place for you. But it has everything we were looking for, value, accessibility to restaurants, metro sites, close to so many attractions, laundry, kitchen. It has it all!

Had a great stay!

We enjoyed staying here. The location is excellent. Apartment had all amenities needed and was comfortable. The noise from the bars down on the street open until early morning hours was a bit of a bother, but we managed to sleep ok. The bathroom is not the most comfortable. Floor is at different levels making it hard on your feet. Otherwise great stay

Awesome location

After having read the reviews, the most common complaint was the noise levels, which I figured would not bother me at all. Wrong. We are on a busy street, with bars and clubs all around us, so for the week that we stayed there it was very very loud every night. Other than that location is awesome centrally located we walked everywhere. The accommodations were as described, no other complaints, except noise level.

Great location!

Location is terrific - close to many restaurants, a few grocery/wine shops, metro stations, and the Seine river. Note Dame and the Louvre a short walk away, plenty of other interests in walking distance.

Okay, but not better

The accommodation is very centrally located in the party mile of Paris. Since it was very hot, we would have liked to sleep with the window open despite the simple air conditioner. That was very difficult because of the party noise that went until the morning, then came the street cleaning, garbage collection or supply traffic. The walks in the evening were very nice, the restaurants in the area also partly very good. The accommodation is equipped with everything so far (except cereal bowls), but it is a colourful mix of different cups of plates, etc. The photos on the website must already be very old. It no longer looks particularly well-kept in the bathroom and kitchen. Everything is a little worn out. Due to the restless sleep, the cover of the mattress has slipped away. I've never seen a stained mattress like this before. Would have to be replaced immediately. The bed frame must also be very old. The cleaning service will certainly make an effort, but there should be an urgent investment. equipped with

First time in Paris

Stayed here for several nights with my friends and it was a great experience for us for our first time in France! At first we were anxious because I wasn’t receiving a reply the few days leading up to our arrival and we were outside the property waiting for a response, but the person who helped us checked in and give our key was apologetic and very kind. There’s a small elevator which made it easy to bring up our bags/luggage. The washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, and other amenities were all convenient. And the best part for us was the location of the property. As soon as you step outside there are places to eat/drink, and a close walk to the mall!

Great location

Apartment was in a great location and large enough for one or two people. It does need a little bit of TLC however… A couple of the shades don’t go down properly and the drawers in the wall unit/dresser literally fall apart when you open them. Needs a little TLC/maintenance to make it more livable. No air conditioning, which did not matter for my stay, but I would imagine in the summer it could be noisy if you had to keep your windows open. Bars and nightlife on the street below. Windows blocked out the noise quite nicely

excellent location, clean

We stayed in this property for 10 days with my husband. Excellent location to reach many attractions by walking. Nice clean apartment, elevator works. Loud outside night life, windows better be closed. Also, our flight arrived early at the morning, and we talked to the host and we were able to do check in earlier too. It was very good stay.

Good place, all was fine. Except the shower was extremely tiny, and the shower curtain cut off half of the tiny shower area. The curtain was quite moldy too. Recommend a shower remodel

Wonderful Property!

The apartment was very clean and was described perfectly. There were no issues. The check in process was very easy, and the communication was exceptional. The only issue is that the apartment is located in a very busy location. While this is good for those wanting to stay in the heart of Paris, it can get a bit loud. Other than that, a perfect stay!

Awesome location

Close to Metro, walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre & more. Local bars right below our window stayed open until the wee hours but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Ottima posizione, ma che odore di cumino!

Ho trascorso una settimana con la mia famiglia ad agosto 2023. L'appartamento e' in una posizione invidiabile, all'inizio di rue saint denis, zona di locali, brasserie, ecc e piena di gente. Nessun problema per il rumore per strada, con le finestre chiuse non si sentiva nulla. L'appartamento e' dotato di tutto il necessario: lenzuola, asciugamani teli e tappetini per la doccia, attrezzatura da cucina (microonde compreso); manca lo scola-pasta (che per un italiano e' un problema) L'appartamento e' discretamente pulito (forse e' da rivedere un po' il piatto doccia che ha qualche macchia di ....non so di che cosa) ed e' sufficientemente grande per una famiglia di 4 persone. Maria e Thar, con cui ho avuto contatti per il check-in, sono stati precisi e disponibili. Grazie mille. Veniamo ai problemi: 1) Di notte, con le finestre chiuse, faceva caldo. Ci sono due ottimi e potenti ventilatori ma sono un po' rumorosi 2) l'appartamento e' al terzo piano con ascensore, che pero' era guasto durante il mio soggiorno. Il problema e' che nel vano scale c'e' un odore nauseante di cumino e spezie varie che vengono utilizzati da qualcuno che abita nel palazzo......ci dovevamo tappare il naso, trattenere il respiro e farci le scale di corsa. Consiglio ai proprietari di cercare di risolvere il problema anche quando l'ascensore sara' riparato perche' l'odore si sente da subito appena entrati dal portone d'ingresso
